“An excellent four day stay. Our room was clean and spacious. Reception were excellent at check in and on departure. The breakfast team were outstanding. Would highly recommend and would stay again.”
— Alison Henderson
“It is rated as 4 star but I would say more like poor stars. The double bed was tiny, I have slept in bigger single beds. Our room was outdated. The window area was very dirty and not been cleaned in what looked like years. We asked for some fresh milk for our tea and were given a full jug which was a waste but credit to the staff it arrived very quickly. Bed was uncomfortable with no space. The staff were helpful though. I must admit I didn't complain due to time constraints. It has the potential to be a great hotel, it just needs some TLC”
