DESAGRADÁVEL! Eu costumo verificar comentários antes de reservar um hotel, mas minha sobrinha reservou este para nós dois. Eu confiei no julgamento dela, então não li os comentários. Na chegada, eu sabia que estávamos em um pesadelo. O quarto era desagradável, o chão pegajoso, e os lençóis e toalhas estavam sujos, então ligamos para a recepção para limpar o quarto. Estávamos com pressa e tivemos que sair imediatamente após o check-in e voltamos para o hotel à meia-noite. Às 3 da manhã, notamos percevejos na cama. Foi traumatizante. Não dormimos o resto da noite e saímos pela manhã. Ainda estamos aguardando nosso reembolso. Pelo preço de US$ 167 por noite, isso é uma pena.

¡ASQUEROSO! Por lo general, reviso las reseñas antes de reservar un hotel, pero mi sobrina reservó este para los dos. Confié en su juicio, así que no leí las reseñas. Al llegar, supe que íbamos a tener una pesadilla. La habitación estaba sucia, el suelo estaba pegajoso y las sábanas y las toallas estaban sucias, así que llamamos a la recepción para que limpiaran la habitación. Estábamos apurados y tuvimos que irnos inmediatamente después de registrarnos y regresamos al hotel a medianoche. A las 3 am, notamos chinches en la cama. Fue traumatizante. No dormimos el resto de la noche y salimos por la mañana. Todavía estamos esperando nuestro reembolso. Por el precio de $167 por noche, es una pena.

NASTY! I usually check reviews before booking a hotel, but my niece booked this one for both of us. I trusted her judgment, so I did not read the reviews. Upon arrival, I knew we were out for a nightmare. The room was nasty, the floor sticky, and the sheets and towels were dirty, so we called the front desk to get the room recleaned. We were in a hurry and had to leave immediately after checking in and we returned to the hotel by midnight. By 3 am, we noticed bed bugs on the bed. It was traumatizing. We did not sleep for the rest of the night and checked out in the morning. We are still waiting for our refund. For the price of $167 per night, this is a shame.

Quando chegamos, havia hóspedes do lado de fora reclamando de percevejos. Isso obviamente nos levou a fazer uma pausa e reconsiderar nossa estadia. Infelizmente, tínhamos reservado o hotel através de terceiros para o evento esportivo do meu filho, então o dinheiro já foi gasto. Decidimos dar uma olhada no quarto para ver se notamos algum percevejo. Nós não, mas o quarto e hotel não era tão limpo como esperávamos. Como o dinheiro foi gasto para o hotel, decidimos comprar um repelente de insetos para o caso e pulverizamos nosso quarto antes de ficarmos confortáveis o suficiente para ficar. As toalhas e lençóis também estavam muito sujos e tinham manchas. Esta é a 2ª vez que me hospedo em um Country Inn and Suites e não tenho certeza se haverá um 3º.

O colchão e os lençóis estavam sujos. A senhora da recepção nos ofereceu outro quarto. No entanto, quando fomos para esse quarto, o colchão e os lençóis eram piores. Eu teria ido embora, mas era uma tempestade e eu não sabia onde estava. Viajar com crianças pequenas. Então minha filha dormiu na cadeira. A senhora nos disse para falar com o gerente de manhã. A senhora da manhã foi rude. O gerente saiu naquela época, minha filha já havia superado e estava gritando com os dois porque eles continuavam agindo como se não fosse grande coisa. Ele nos devolveu $ 40,00 que foi um tapa na cara. Eu adoraria postar as fotos para a prova, mas nós não me permitindo. Foi além de nojento 😪 Eles nem valem uma estadia de 1 estrela em outro lugar.

the room was missing carpet. the jacuzzi tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. the room had a strange smell to it. the shower and tub patch work looked like a child did it. it was not worth the price that we paid. location was the only thing good because it was close to my friend's house where his graduation party was.

When we arrived there were guests outside complaining of bed bugs. This obviously caused us to pause and reconsider our stay. Unfortunately, we had booked the hotel through a third party for my son's sporting event so the money was already spent. We decided to take a look at the room to see if we noticed any bed bugs. We did not but the room and hotel was not as clean as we expected. As money was spent for the hotel, we decided to buy some bug spray just in case and sprayed our room before being comfortable enough to stay. The towels and linens were also very dingy and had stains on them. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at a Country Inn and Suites and I am not sure there will be a 3rd.

The mattress and sheets were dirty. The lady at the front desk did offer us another room. However when we went to that room the mattress and sheets was worst. I would have left but it was a storm and I didn't know where I was at. Traveling with young kids. So my daughter slept in the chair. The lady told us to speak with the manager in the morning. They lady in the morning was rude . The manager came out by that time my daughter was over it and was yelling at them both because they kepted acting like it was no big deal. He gave us back $40.00 which was a slap in the face. I would love to post the pictures for proof but it us not allowing me. It was beyond disgusting 😪 They are not even worth a 1 star stay somewhere else.

Hotel estava em um bairro muito ruim e não retrata isso. Não há restaurantes que sejam seguros o suficiente para caminhar. As camas eram tão horríveis praticamente dobradas ao meio. Manchas de substâncias desconhecidas por todo o chão, banheiro era nojento. As toalhas eram apenas toalhas e não eram brancas. esses comentários são tão fora de base. Nunca vou recomendar ou ficar aqui novamente. Limpe o local.

Hotel was in a very bad neighborhood and does not portray that. There are no restaurants that are safe enough to walk to. The beds were so awful pretty much bent in half. Stains of unknown substances all over the floor, bathroom was disgusting. Towels were barely towels and they were not white. these reviews are so off base. Will never recommend or stay here again. Clean the place.

A localização foi boa para as minhas necessidades. Serviço foi ok, a equipe poderia ser mais amigável, um sorriso agradável faz maravilhas. Acordado com outros comentários, toalhas e lençóis poderiam ser melhores. Vi formigas aleatórias ocasionalmente. Barulhento às vezes com outro hóspede. O cachorro latindo me acordou, bem, normalmente não me incomodaria, mas eu sou um shifter noturno que precisa de um sono de beleza. 😴 Waffles típicos de café da manhã de hotel, cereais, bagels, ovos cozidos, bem, esse me pegou 🤔 Em vez disso, fomos ao IHOP 😋.

Location was good for my needs. Service was ok, staff could be more friendly, a nice smile works wonders. Agreed with other reviews, towels and linen could be better. Saw random ants occasionally. Noisy at times with other guest. Barking dog woke me up, well, normally wouldn't bother me, but I'm a night shifter who needs beauty sleep. 😴Typical hotel breakfast waffles, cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, well, that one got me 🤔 We went to IHOP instead 😋.

Front desk staff were not friendly. Sorry I inconvenienced you for towels for my room that didn’t have any. Pool and hot tub not open - update your website this was a disappointment. Before you believe you’re getting breakfast, it is far from one. Gluten free people - there was an unrip banana for you. Save your $$ and book some place else.
