“Extremely dirty! Bed bugs and cockroaches flooded the table area in the room 109. A cockroach jumped out of the phone! We had to move at 3 a.m. The only good thing was clean beds but overall the hotel did not meet our expectations at all. The front desk lady was very kind and nice but the manager Sam does not meet the hospitality standards of Radisson hotel network.When we moved to the 3ed floor, there were no any problems.UPDATE: Managers apologized and settled this problem with me promising not to allow this in the future and solve this problem on the first floor.”
