“This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. First was greeted by a rude front desk worker who instead of helping us with a problem we had booking interrupted me and told me I couldn’t get in if I didn’t have what I needed. When I came back, said “oh you again”, quickly helped us, went on. Used the parking garage, but was not informed of the fees that came with, when we got to our room there was a sour smell in the bathroom. Neighbors were banging on wall, ringing our doorbell (we were in a handicap room). Went downstairs to complain and was told the room I was talking about could not be next to mine and that I was wrong?? Went back to check and sure enough I was right? All and all a terrible experience, please don’t work in the hospitality industry if you don’t like people!!!!”
