“With Temps over 106 degrees daily no AC in halls, carpets on 1st flood soaked, ants invaded our 1st room (1st floor)so we had to change rooms to the 2nd floor with no working elevators. Had a full bar, but no liquor license & no bar tender, and the cafe only opens from 6am-10am... had a great lounge and has the potential to be a great tourist spot... but absolutely DO NOT recommend... disappointed that it has the Marriott name associated with it... Horrible hotel; may as well have been a Motel..... disgusting...”

“We stayed here Halloween weekend and I was erroneously charged for an extra day and a $316 "smoking fee". There is a patio outside my room and there were others who were outside smoking. I have been calling and calling the hotel since Nov. 2 to get someone and all they keep telling me is I need to call you back, I need to get the GM, the DM and call you back. I did not appreciate the run around, so now I will call corporate with my concerns. I have the names of everyone I spoke to. Even my bank won't dispute it. this is crazy. I will NOT stay at any other Marriott hotel ever and I will let my friends know as well.”
