“Es un buen hotel cerca de varios lugares para visitar”
— Cain Murillo
“The only thing that kept me from demanding my money back and leaving this fleabag of. Marriott was the excellent customer service we received upon check-in and how well that service continued when we had to ask to be moved because the first room we were placed in smelled strongly of mildew and the shower would not drain. The second room wasn't much better since plaster from the ceiling feel down over my bagg and computer case (this was also right where the coffeemaker was sitting - yuck!). There was no shampoo in the rooms, but plenty of conditioner - luckily I bring my own when we travel. My husband and I are Marriott rewards members and have stayed in these hotels for close to 20 years and I have to say that this was the nastiest Marriott ever.”
