No dia seguinte, voltamos depois de um passeio para uma trilha de formigas na mesa da TV. Em seguida, houve lesma no banheiro no chão ao lado da banheira. Então, ao sair para o check-out, havia outra barata na porta da frente. Este lugar não era isso.

Service staff was great, but as far as cleanliness and appearance: Terrible. Stayed here last week for a family event. Room 151 had a roach right after we walked in. The next day we came back after an outing to a trail of ants on the desk by the TV. Then there was slug in bathroom on the floor by the tub. Then upon leaving for check out, there was another roach lingering on the front door. This place wasn’t it.

Sinto-me extremamente acolhedor neste hotel. A equipe é excepcional em atender minhas necessidades. Eu uso a piscina e foi fenomenal. Não é grande, mas tem espaço suficiente. Muito sentado ao redor da área do pátio. Eu sou um embaixador e os gerentes entenderam sua atribuição. Eu me senti como eles se importaram e atenderam aos meus desejos e necessidades para os padrões do Marriott. A sala de exercícios era pequena e poderia ser melhorada, mas se você estiver procurando por exercícios aeróbicos, deverá ficar bem. Às sextas-feiras eles tinham pipoca e sabor com cobertura diferente. Estadia agradável.

Me sentí extremadamente acogedor en este hotel. El personal es excepcional para satisfacer mis necesidades. Yo uso la piscina y fue fenomenal. No es grande, pero suficiente espacio. Mucho espacio para sentarse en el área del patio. Soy embajador y los Gerentes entendieron su cometido. Sentí que se preocupaban y atendían mis deseos y necesidades según los estándares de Marriott. La sala de ejercicios era pequeña y le vendría bien una mejora, pero si buscas cardio, entonces deberías estar bien. Los viernes tenían palomitas y sazonas con diferentes topping. estancia agradable.

I am felt extremely welcoming at this hotel. The staff is exceptional at meeting my needs. I use the pool and it was phenomenal. It is not big, but enough space. Plenty of sitting around courtyard area. I am an ambassador and Managers understood their assignment. I felt like they cared and they catered to my wants and needs to Marriott standards. The workout room was small and could use upgrading, but if you looking for cardio, then you should be fine. On Fridays they had popcorn and you flavor with different topping. Enjoyable stay.

Excelente, funcionários simpáticos, mas quarto horrível. O ocupante anterior havia descongelado a geladeira (ou estava com defeito), então a área ao redor estava encharcada. A cama dobrável tinha um colchão extremamente fino e tivemos que chamar outro para ser criado para que os adolescentes tivessem uma noite de sono decente. Mais uma vez, uma equipe incrível veio para nós sobre isso. Mas não ficaria lá novamente.

Genial, personal amable pero habitación horrible. El ocupante anterior había descongelado el refrigerador (o estaba defectuoso), por lo que el área que lo rodeaba estaba empapada. La cama plegable tenía un colchón extremadamente delgado y tuvimos que llamar para que trajeran otro para que los adolescentes pudieran dormir bien. Nuevamente, un personal increíble nos ayudó en esto. Pero no me alojaría allí de nuevo.

Great, friendly staff but awful room. Previous occupant had defrosted the refrigerator (or it was faulty) so the area around it was soaked. Fold out bed had a extremely thin mattress and we had to call for another to be brought up so the teenagers would get a decent nights sleep. Again, amazing staff came through for us on this. But would not stay there again.

Ficamos 1 noite. Check-in foi suave, mas o tapete estava molhado do que suponho que foi uma limpeza, embora ninguém nos disse que durante o check-in. O quarto cheirava a um forte odor de cão. A cama era confortável. Desceu na manhã seguinte para tomar café e ninguém estava trabalhando no balcão. Foi-me dito que ela estava na parte de trás e 'tocou a campainha', o que eu fiz, mas ela não saiu. Eu deixei. Se você não conseguir um quarto em outro lugar, este lugar é ok.

Nos alojamos 1 noche. El registro fue sencillo, pero la alfombra estaba mojada por lo que supongo que era una limpieza, aunque nadie nos lo dijo durante el registro. La habitación olía a un fuerte olor a perro. La cama era cómoda. Bajé a la mañana siguiente a tomar café y nadie estaba trabajando en el mostrador. Me dijeron que estaba en la parte de atrás y que "tocara el timbre", lo cual hice, pero no salió. me fui Si no puedes conseguir una habitación en ningún otro lugar, este lugar está bien.

The linens had curly hairs on them and the drawers had like black crumbs on them. It also smelled..weird.. but still two stars because the lady at the front desk was very kind.

We stayed 1 night. Check in was smooth but the carpet was wet from what I suppose was a cleaning, though no one told us that during check in. The room smelled of a strong dog odor. The bed was comfortable. Went down the next morning to get coffee and no one was working the counter. I was told she was in the back and to 'ring the bell' which I did but she didn't come out. I left. If you can't get a room anywhere else, this place is ok.

Começou difícil porque o sistema caiu enquanto eu estava tentando fazer o check-in no hotel, bem como no site. O que eu entendi que estava fora de controle. Mas a equipe do hotel agiu o mais rápido possível para tentar resolver o problema para nós! Pelo inconveniente, eles descontaram nossa tarifa de quarto e foram além para garantir que estivéssemos bem e cuidamos do restante da estadia! Definitivamente vou usá-los novamente!

Vou começar com os pontos positivos. As pessoas eram amigáveis, as toalhas e lençóis estavam limpos, e o hotel era tranquilo.Por outro lado, este hotel é antigo e desgastado. O tapete estava sujo e manchado no quarto. Os corredores não foram aspirados. A TV no quarto tinha um cabo coaxial quebrado que não descobrimos até tarde. Acabou não conseguindo assistir TV.Este hotel precisa de uma reforma séria. É a qualidade de um Motel-6 ultrapassado.

Comenzó mal porque el sistema se cayó mientras intentaba registrarme en el hotel y en el sitio web. Lo que entendí estaba fuera de control. ¡Pero el personal del hotel actuó tan rápido como pudo para tratar de resolver el problema por nosotros! Por las molestias, descontaron la tarifa de la habitación e hicieron todo lo posible para asegurarse de que estuviéramos bien y atendidos durante el resto de la estadía. ¡Definitivamente los usaré de nuevo!

La alfombra estaba sucia y manchada en la habitación. Los pasillos no fueron aspirados. El televisor de la habitación tenía un cable coaxial roto que no descubrimos hasta tarde. Terminó sin poder ver la televisión.Este hotel necesita un lavado de cara serio. Es la calidad de un Motel-6 anticuado.

It started off rough because the system went down while i was trying to check in at the hotel as well as on the website. Which I understood was out of there control. But the hotel staff acted as fast as the could to try and resolve the issue for us! For the inconvenience they discounted our room rate and went above and beyond to make sure we were good and taken care of for the remaining stay! Definitely will use them again!

I'll start with the positives. The people were friendly, the towels & linens were clean, and the hotel was quiet. On the other hand, this hotel is old and worn. The carpet was grimy and stained in the room. The hallways were not vacuumed. The TV in the room had a broken co-ax cable which we did not discover until late. Ended up not being able to watch TV. This hotel needs a serious facelift. It's the quality of an outdated Motel-6.

A única coisa que me impediu de exigir meu dinheiro de volta e deixar esse saco de lixo. Marriott foi o excelente serviço ao cliente que recebemos no check-in e quão bem esse serviço continuou quando tivemos que pedir para ser movido porque o primeiro quarto em que fomos colocados cheirava fortemente a mofo e o chuveiro não drenava. O segundo quarto não era muito melhor, já que o gesso do teto caía sobre minha mala e o gabinete do computador (isso também era exatamente onde a cafeteira estava sentada - eca!). Não havia xampu nos quartos, mas muito condicionador - felizmente eu trago o meu próprio quando viajamos. Meu marido e eu somos membros do Marriott recompensas e ficamos nesses hotéis há quase 20 anos e devo dizer que este foi o Marriott mais desagradável de todos os tempos.

The only thing that kept me from demanding my money back and leaving this fleabag of. Marriott was the excellent customer service we received upon check-in and how well that service continued when we had to ask to be moved because the first room we were placed in smelled strongly of mildew and the shower would not drain. The second room wasn't much better since plaster from the ceiling feel down over my bagg and computer case (this was also right where the coffeemaker was sitting - yuck!). There was no shampoo in the rooms, but plenty of conditioner - luckily I bring my own when we travel.My husband and I are Marriott rewards members and have stayed in these hotels for close to 20 years and I have to say that this was the nastiest Marriott ever.
