Nosso voo atrasou e conseguimos vouchers da companhia aérea para ficar neste hotel. Fizemos o check-in no dia 13 de junho entre 20h e 21h. A recepcionista mal nos cumprimentou quando entramos e não melhorou durante o processo de check-in. Ela mal tinha habilidades de comunicação e faltava profissionalismo. Além disso, de acordo com nossos vouchers, tínhamos dois quartos que ela não queria nos dar e tivemos que apontar para ela repetidamente que o voucher indica claramente dois quartos. Depois de um tempo ela nos deu. No geral, não é uma primeira experiência muito acolhedora. Por outro lado, a recepcionista da manhã por volta das 6 da manhã era de primeira qualidade, profissional e super amigável. Ela também garantiu que nosso táxi chegasse a tempo. Os quartos eram ok e as camas confortáveis. No entanto, o sabonete estava vazio. Não é uma experiência ideal, especialmente ao descobrir uma vez já dentro do chuveiro. As latas de lixo não tinham sacos de lixo. O mini-frigorífico tinha velho estragado sobrando uma comida dentro de Chick Fil. Isso é nojento e deixa a impressão de que os quartos não são muito bem limpos entre os hóspedes. Em uma nota positiva foi tranquilo e tivemos um sono reparador. A lavanderia também era muito conveniente e o detergente estava conectado à lavadora. Não há necessidade de trazer o próprio ou comprar detergente. No geral, eu recomendaria o hotel para um pernoite rápido, mas para uma estadia prolongada, eu procuraria em outro lugar.

Localização perfeita em DT Tempe e super gente boa no check-in. Fiquei uma semana. Os quartos são limpos e bem decorados. Eu tinha um quarto king, era bastante confortável. A tela plana da Era '05 precisa de uma atualização. O café do lobby está aberto apenas algumas vezes. Felizmente, há um Starbucks a uma quadra de distância (e quase tudo o mais). Alguns dias em que aprendi arrumação é apenas "a cada terceiro dia", no entanto, eles ainda cobram taxas regulares. :)

Our flight was delayed and we got vouchers from the airline to stay at this hotel. We checked in on 13th June between 8-9pm. The receptionist barely greeted us when we walked in and it didn’t get any better during the check in process. She barely had communication skills and lacked professionalism. Also, according to our vouchers we had two rooms which she didn’t want to give to us and we had to point out to her over and over that the voucher clearly states two rooms. After a while she did give it to us. Overall not a very welcoming first experience. On the other hand, the morning receptionist at about 6 am was top notch, professional, and super friendly. She also ensured that our taxi arrived on time. The rooms were ok and the beds comfortable. However, shower soap was empty. Not an ideal experience especially when finding out once already inside the shower. The trash cans had no trash bags. The mini refrigerator had old spoiled left over Chick Fil a food inside. That’s disgusting and leaves the impression that rooms are not very well cleaned between guests. On a positive note it was quiet and we had a restful sleep. The laundry room was also very convenient and detergent was connected to washer. No need to bring one’s own or buy detergent. Overall, I would recommend the hotel for a quick overnight stay but for an extended stay, I would look elsewhere.

Perfect location in DT Tempe and super nice folks upon check in. I stayed a week. Rooms are clean and well appointed. I had a king room, was pretty comfortable. The '05 Era flat screen needs a refresh. The lobby café is only open some of the time. Luckily there's a Starbucks a block away (and just about everything else). A couple days in I learned housekeeping is only "every third day", however, they still charge regular rates. :)

Hotel bem mediano. Os quartos poderiam ser limpos com mais frequência, mas no geral tivemos uma boa estadia. Minha banda e eu ficamos por duas noites e fomos bem tratados. Obrigada.

Pretty average hotel. Rooms could be cleaned more often, but overall had a good stay. My band and I stayed for two nights and we were treated well. Thank you.

Eles limpam os quartos uma vez a cada três dias. Não nos disse no momento da reserva nem check-in. Considero esta fraude como eu estava esperando arrumação regular. É por isso que fiquei no hotel por um AirBnB mais acessível. O preço não foi descontado devido à falta de arrumação.Não recomendaria.

Limpian las habitaciones una vez cada tres días. No nos lo dijo al hacer la reserva NI al registrarse. Considero este fraude porque esperaba un servicio de limpieza regular. Es por eso que me quedé en el hotel por un AirBnB más asequible. El precio no fue descontado por no tener servicio de limpieza tampoco.No lo recomendaría.

They clean the rooms once every three days. Did not tell us upon booking NOR check in. I consider this fraud as I was expecting regular housekeeping. It's why I stayed at hotel over a more affordable AirBnB. The price was not discounted because of no housekeeping either. Would not recommend.

Que decepção! Os tapetes são velhos e sujos no hall e no quarto. Sem cofre no quarto, pouco espaço nas gavetas, sem lavanderia, velho e cansado por mais de 250 por noite! O bom é a área da piscina que é isso. Pessoal agradável.

What a disappointment! Carpets are old and dirty in hall and room. No safe in room, little drawer space, no laundry facility, old and tired for 250 plus a night! The good is the pool area that’s it. Staff pleasant .

Quarto era limpo, e principalmente bom, a banheira ficando um pouco amarela. É um hotel antigo, provavelmente comprado nos últimos anos, então talvez mais atualizações por vir. A equipe da recepção foi boa, mas não muito amigável durante o check-in ou check-out. Poderia dizer que eles não querem estar lá. E foi estranho não ter nenhuma informação sobre o hotel em nosso quarto - tinha que ir perguntar na recepção sobre piscina, academia, etc. A única coisa boa que direi é que, além da localização, o quarto estava frio. Nós o mantivemos frio por escolha, e na maioria das vezes, fica "legal" nos hotéis .. mas não, isso estava frio, e maravilhoso para o calor AZ!

Room was clean, & mostly fine, the tub getting a bit yellow. It's an old hotel, bought likely in the last few years, so maybe more updates to come. Front desk staff was fine, but not very friendly during check in or check out. Could tell they don't want to be there. And it was weird to not have any information on the hotel in our room - had to go ask front desk about pool, fitness center, etc. The one great thing I will say is, besides the location, the room was cold. We kept it cold by choice, and most of the time, it gets "cool" in hotels.. but no, this was cold, and wonderful for the AZ heat!
