Café da manhã Star Buck foi excelente, verificação de arrumação em mim para se certificar de que eu tinha toalhas limpas ou qualquer outra coisa que eu possa precisar. Eles estavam ótimos. Morning Star Buck coffee was excellent, housekeeping check on me to make sure I had clean towels or anything else I may need. They were great. I had a very comfortable stay there. The staff were very friend and helpful to all my needs.I couldn't ask for better service. *****. Thank you all!

Este pátio não é o melhor em que já estive, mas é bastante decente. O lobby e as comodidades públicas são muito agradáveis. No entanto, os quartos não estão à altura dos padrões que eu aprendi a amar no Courtyard Marriott. Eu também não tive a maior experiência com a equipe. O recepcionista parecia muito indiferente e parecia que ela não tinha tempo para mim ou meu dinheiro. Isso começou a ser uma coisa comum com os Marriotts de baixo custo que tenho notado. Se a Marriott quiser manter o dinheiro e os clientes que estão na extremidade inferior do espectro, acho que eles precisam oferecer algum treinamento de sensibilidade com os funcionários que interagem com os clientes.

Eu normalmente adoro produtos Marriott, mas este lugar não era muito bom. O estacionamento fica nas laterais, então quando você chega (muito cansado e atrasado) você tem que caminhar bastante para chegar à porta da frente. Quando me perdi e estava em um prédio, cheirava a meias sujas. Finalmente cheguei ao meu quarto correto no prédio correto, e tudo estava bem até meia-noite, quando o chuveiro começou a pingar na grade de metal e fazer barulhos. Eu não estava prestes a mudar de quarto naquele momento. O gotejamento continuou por cerca de um minuto a cada duas horas. Tão irritante! O cara da recepção foi super legal quando eu disse a ele quando fiz o check-out.

Normalmente me encantan los productos de Marriott, pero este lugar no era muy agradable. El estacionamiento está a los lados, así que cuando llegas (muy cansado y tarde) tienes que caminar bastante para llegar a la puerta principal. Cuando me perdí y estaba en un edificio, olía a calcetines sucios. Finalmente llegué a mi habitación correcta en el edificio correcto, y todo estuvo bien hasta alrededor de la medianoche, cuando la ducha comenzó a gotear sobre la rejilla de metal y a hacer ruidos metálicos. Yo no estaba a punto de cambiar mi habitación en ese momento. El goteo continuó durante aproximadamente un minuto cada dos horas. ¡Muy molesto! El chico de la recepción fue muy amable cuando se lo dije cuando me fui.

I normally love Marriott products, but this place was not very nice. The parking is around the sides so when you arrive (very tired and late) you have to walk quite a long way to get to the front door. When I got lost and was in one building, it smelled like dirty socks. I finally made it to my correct room in the correct building, and everything was fine until about midnight when the shower started dripping on the metal grate and making pinging noises. I was not about to change my room at that point. The dripping went on for about a minute every two hours. So annoying! The guy at the front desk was super nice about it when I told him as I checked out.

This courtyard, is not the best one I’ve been to however it is a fairly decent one. The lobby and public amenities are very nice. However the rooms are not up to par with the standards that I’ve grown to love for Courtyard Marriott. I did not have the greatest experience with the staff either. The desk clerk seemed very lackadaisical and seemed as if she did not have time for me or my money. This has begun to be a common thing with the lower end Marriotts that I have noticed. If Marriott wants to keep the money and customers they come at the lower end of the spectrum then I feel they need to offer some sensitivity training with the employees who interact with customers.

A equipe deste local vai além. Fiz uma breve parada, chegando tarde e saindo cedo, mas não poderia ter sido melhor. A mulher que fazia nosso café da manhã era amigável e calorosa. As pessoas que nos fizeram check-in e check-out foram educadas e respeitosas. E quando descobri um item perdido depois de chegar em casa, a equipe o localizou e garantiu que fosse devolvido para mim. Era minúsculo e eles tiveram tempo para vasculhar o quarto. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente em minhas viagens para cima e para baixo 91. A localização é limpa e confortável e extremamente conveniente para a rodovia. Grato por ter descoberto este bom lugar para ficar.

El personal de este lugar va más allá. Tuve una breve escala, llegué tarde y me fui temprano, pero no podrían haber sido más amables. La mujer que nos preparó el café por la mañana fue amable y cálida. Las personas que nos registraron de entrada y salida fueron educadas y respetuosas. Y cuando descubrí un artículo perdido después de llegar a casa, el personal lo localizó y se aseguró de que me lo devolvieran. Era diminuto y se tomaron el tiempo para buscar en la habitación. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí nuevamente en mis viajes hacia arriba y hacia abajo 91. La ubicación es limpia y cómoda y extremadamente conveniente para la autopista. Agradecido de haber descubierto este agradable lugar para quedarse.

The staff at this location goes above and beyond. I had a brief stopover, arriving late and leaving early, but they could not have been nicer. The woman making our coffee in the morning was friendly and warm. The people checking us in and out were polite and respectful. And when I discovered a lost item after getting home, the staff located it and ensured it was returned to me. It was tiny and they took the time to search the room. I will definitely stay here again on my trips up and down 91. The location is clean and comfortable and extremely convenient to the highway. Grateful to have discovered this nice place to stay.

Chegamos ao hotel e recepção foi muito útil com eles verificando o nosso quarto para penas que correu bem e obter toalhas extras para o quarto. Entrei no quarto depois do jantar, nenhuma das tomadas funcionava no banheiro para secadores de cabelo etc. Fui ligar a televisão e o cabo estava desconectado, então você moveu a cômoda para conectar isso. e tem um mini-frigorífico microondas. O banheiro era um pouco barulhento e não havia ventilador no banheiro.

Uau. Escolhemos este hotel para o nosso bloco de casamento e não poderia ter sido mais feliz. A equipe foi incrível, todos são muito gentis e amigáveis. Os quartos são super limpos. O after party foi incrível. 10/10 recomendo para quem tem um casamento nas proximidades!

Llegué al hotel y la recepción fue muy servicial con ellos revisando nuestra habitación en busca de plumas, lo cual salió bien y consiguiendo toallas adicionales para la habitación. Entré en la habitación después de la cena, ninguno de los enchufes funcionaba en el baño para secadores de pelo, etc. Fui a encender la televisión y el decodificador de cable estaba desconectado, así que tuve que mover la cómoda para enchufarlo. La habitación es de buen tamaño para 4 personas. y tiene una mini nevera microondas. El inodoro era un poco ruidoso y no había ventilador en el baño.

Sólo me alojé por 1 noche. Tienen una tarifa militar y eso ayudó. ¡Gracias!La habitación estaba limpia. Las paredes son un poco delgadas tanto en la habitación de al lado como en el pasillo. El mostrador de noche era muy agradable y servicial. Tomamos el desayuno a la salida. El café era muy bueno y la comida también, pero un poco caro. Me alojaría de nuevo!

Wow. We chose this hotel for our wedding block and could not have been happier. The staff was AMAZING, everyone is so kind and friendly. The rooms are super clean. The after party was awesome. 10/10 reccomend for anyone having a wedding nearby!

Just stayed for 1 night. They do have a military rate and that helped. Thank you! Room was clean. Walls a bit thin both next room and hallway. Night desk was very nice and helpful. Grabbed breakfast on the way out. Coffee was very good and so was food but a little pricey. Would stay again!

Got to the hotel and front desk was very helpful with them double checking our room for feathers which went well and getting extra towels to the room. Got into the room after dinner neither of the outlets worked in the bathroom for hairdryers etc. Went to turn on the television and the cable boxed was unplugged so had yo move the dresser to plug that in. The room is a good size for 4 people and has a mini fridge microwave. The toilet was a little loud and no fan in the bathroom.
