Very interesting renaissance hotel in the Bloomington suburb. It’s a relatively short hotel. Only about 5 floors. The decorations in each room is very fun and unique. Pretty quite room as well. The breakfast in the lounge is decent. The service at the restaurant and bar can be a bit faster during busy times. Overall very nice hotel in the region and will stay again.

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was comfortable, the room wasn’t stuffy and felt comfortable, the bathroom was absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant had good food! I’d definitely stay here again, love the little touches to the room, made me feel like I was at home.

This is our absolute go to if we take a trip to Minneapolis. The staff are helpful and accommodating, the rooms are clean and decorated in such a unique, almost mid century mod, style. The bar/restaurant in-house is fantastic. Having stayed over a handful of times, I have yet to be disappointed.

We've stayed here multiple times. Great hotel, (relatively) quiet, friendly staff, clean, nice place. However this past stay we booked a room through the Marriott site, with the room clearly advertised online as having Club Lounge access. Unfortunately the access was not put on our cards and when I inquired to one front desk staff about the access I was treated like it was absurd for me to ask and that our room did not have access. It was only corrected when I went back down and showed another front desk staff a screenshot of the reservation with "Club Lounge access".

So nice and the bed and pillows are super comfy! Really like all the tasteful accents, along with everything necessary in a hotel room. Can't wait to try breakfast tomorrow at Lars!! Looks fantastic in the reviews. Plenty of plug ins for electronics. You can tell they designed the rooms thoughtfully.

Clean, quiet, excellent service, thoughtful touches. My hotel room was modern with a cozy feel. I specifically liked how my bed had several AC outlets and USB ports at each side of the bed. The decor was beautiful yet functional, including a desk and (tasteful) TV trays. I did not have time to use the pool or fitness facilities but I would have enjoyed them both. Also, it appeared that they delivered breakfast if you requested it ($10-16 per meal) although I did not try this either. A few constructive comments that might be useful for others: Airport shuttle stops running at 11pm (approx cab/Uber would be $25-35 from airport). They also provide complimentary shuttles to the mall. My bedding was very light and I was cold at night, but adjusting the thermostat fixed this problem. Overall, would recommend.

The renovated rooms are very stylish with plenty of space. Some of the changes are questionable. The bathroom "barn door" lacks any sort of latch or lock. Also the light above the headboard looked great, trying to find the switch at bedtime was not so great. Overall the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I would stay again.

I've stayed at this hotel a good dozen times over the course of nearly a decade. Everything from a solo stay to a group of nearly 40 people. It was never a question of where to stay when I was in the area; I wouldn't pick any other hotel. Every time, the staff are courteous and professional. The recent renovations they've made have really updated the look and feel of the stay, too. I always look forward to staying here. It's quiet, but near everything you'd want. The rooms are nice, yet affordable. The restaurant serves good food at better prices than most hotels. I always feel welcome here.

Very pleased with our experience. Stayed here for two nights and couldn't be happier, The rooms were very modern and clean. The pool was nice. The entire staff was very friendly. Elsah at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and even followed up and called us back to make sure everything was better after we called to have maintenance fix an issue. Maintenance was very friendly and helpful as well. They were there in a matter of five minutes to resolve the issue. I'd definitely recommend this Crowne hotel to a friend.

Location was fantastic, the hotel was beautiful. The pool and hot tub area was so much fun, plenty of room for lots of people. The bar/ restaurant was really great, service was spot on! The front desk staff was amazing, friendly, fun when you needed something. They were available when you needed anything. The room was a bit small for 4 of us, the beds mint need to be replaced. Otherwise a great stay!

Stayed thru the New year's weekend. Not crowne plaza Aire (GPS operator error)... Had good experiences with the staff, and the bar. No gym due to remodeling? Limited restuarant hours due to holiday...
