“Nossa primeira impressão, com base no encantador lobby, foi positiva, mas quando fomos para a piscina para esperar o nosso quarto ficar pronto, foi invadido com crianças gritando, música alta de rádio e sem toalhas disponíveis. Uma vez que chegamos ao nosso quarto, o tapete estava manchado e parecia sujo, e mais tarde naquela noite, havia festeiros do lado de fora até quase meia-noite, e eles só se dispersaram quando a segurança os pediu (duas vezes) para sair. A partir das 7h, houve uma construção muito barulhenta do outro lado da rua, sem aviso prévio da recepção. O bar da piscina estava fechado, e a banheira de hidromassagem estava fechada, então não tivemos a experiência de "resort" que esperávamos (e fomos cobrados). Os corredores ao ar livre pareciam um motel, e eram realmente nojentos e sujos, com água parada que era um acidente esperando para acontecer. Se você é um jogador de golfe, provavelmente gostaria do campo próximo, mas ficamos desapontados com nossa experiência geral. Não foi a experiência sofisticada e tranquila do resort que esperávamos. A gestão deve contratar pessoal mais capacitado e visível, e ficar por dentro das áreas comuns, para garantir uma boa experiência para todos os hóspedes. Dois pontos positivos foram a história do hotel, detalhada com fotos do lobby, e o brunch muito saboroso no restaurante. No geral, porém, não voltaríamos. Além disso, existem restaurantes nas proximidades da pequena cidade que gostamos - mas isso foi quando estávamos longe do hotel.”
