My mom and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed right in the hotel, but was still very conveniently located so we could walk to the marina, around the shops and restaurants, and down the boardwalk to the Quarteira side. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and friendly and the room was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and had a wonderful view! The breakfast spread had so much to choose from and everything was delicious and fresh. We could not have asked for a better stay! We even left Spain a day early to be able to stay one more night before our flight back home (and wound up staying in the same room we had checked out of the day prior, which was a bonus since we loved it!).

Nunca mais lá volto, pois foi horrível a estadia. Muita falta de manutenção, muita falta de higiene e falta de profissionalismo, afinal estamos a falar de um 5 estrelas. Desde falta de manutenção, faltade limpezano quarto, tentarem trocar o quartoao que tinha reservado, baratasnas instalações, piscina com faltade azulejos , falta de higiene com muito lixo no fundo da piscina,parte dos Colaboradoressem falar português, alimentaçãode fraca qualidade para o preço. Obras ao ladodo hotelcom muito barulhoe falta de privacidadepara os hóspedes, grua da mesma obra passar por cima da piscinae espaçoenvolvente. Nãotenho palavrasque descrevamo horrível que foi a minha estadia que pareciaque nemestar de férias. Reclameiapresenteiqueixaagora esperoque as autoridadescompetentesfaçamo que a gerencia do mesmo hotelnãoquisfazer,a devolução logo nas primeiras horas de estadia do valor que paguei. Hotel de 5 estrelasque nãotêmqualidadenemprestigio. Nãovolto lámais nemrecomendo.

Pessoal tanto nas áreas sociais como nas limpezas dos quartos muito maus como profissionais, isto é sem experiência. Como hotel de 5* precisa de ter outro tipo de profissionais . Foi preciso reclamar para que o quarto estivesse minimamente limpo. Temos um bebe de 11 meses e fazemos a papa num eletrodoméstico próprio para isso. foi identificado pela limpeza e foi retirado ate ao final da estadia. Uma vergonha... P.S. a reclamação efetuada foi porque havia um cheiro bastante grande a tabaco dentro do chuveiro. Nada normal depois de o quarto ser limpo e ninguém no quarto ser fumador.

Fomos jantar no restaurante do hotel. No mês de Agosto é dificil encontrar restaurantes às 8,30 da noite . Depois de ligar para vários, tudo cheio. Lembrei do hotel. Fomos sem marcação, tudo tranquilo sem stress, comemos super bem num ambiente 5 estrelas. A conta uma agradável surpresa. Para repetir

Os quartos são confortáveis, com vista p/mar. O hotel fica muito próximo da praia, tem algumas atividades para as crianças. O restaurante é ótimo.

Excellent service at main reception. Rooms were cleaned to perfection. Very nice decor and outdoor pool. All food was great including breakfast. However, service at bar was slow and unorganised. Service during lunch also lacking professionalism.

Visited in August and everything was wonderful. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean, with interconnected rooms for the family. Staff at reception, bar, pool and breakfast were all lovely and helpful. The pool was wonderful and not too busy, and people rarely struggled for a sunbed. Pool towels provided and staff very helpful to find people a spot to sit when busier. Breakfast and bar food great (although felt expensive with current exchange rates), didn't try the main restaurant. Location was amazing for walking to the local towns and restaurants. The building work next door wasn't noisy but the club on the beach was loud until about midnight. Overall, loved it and hope to be back.

Quartos agradáveis, contudo, o ruido da musica durante a noite e das obras a partir das 8h00 é incomodativo.A partir das 8h as pessoas começam a colocar as toalhas nas espreguiçadeiras e vão para a praia ou tomar o pequeno almoço, o que faz que não existam espreguiçadeiras paea todos. Pelos valores diários, existem melhores opções de 5 estrelas em vilamoura.

Update. Following subsequent remarks by another reviewier I thought I'd re-review mine. I'm not a boomer (too young) or Karen (male).. Having given careful consideration it seems so long as you stay on one side of the hotel and don't spend anytime around the pool daytime then my review is inaccurate. If you enjoy a lazy day around the pool and are unfortunate to stay on the side of the hotel with the casino opposite then this is the review for you..... So the hotel and room is beautiful. Breakfast range is fantastic and staff are lovely. However (June 22) there's a building site next door and you're disturbed poolside by angle grinders all day. Hammering and shouting from the site. There's also a major problem with people reserving sunbeds with towels which the hotel, whilst having rules against this, totally ignore. 3pm and 80% of the sun loungers are empty yet all reserved with towels. So when the building noise has calmed down for the evening on the other side of the hotel you've a cabaret night booming from the casino. This should be a relaxing lovely hotel but (and no fault of the hotel) it's just not. I'd avoid this hotel for at least a year.. Holiday companies aren't bothered once they have your money. I won't be coming back which is a shame as its a lovely hotel

Hotel 5 estrellas situado en primera línea de playa en Vilamoura. Tiene una piscina grande ajardinada con grandes espacios con hamacas. Tiene varios bares, uno en los jardines, otro en la amplia terraza acristalada y otro donde se sirve el generoso desayuno o la cena. Sorprende la cantidad de servicio de la que dispone, consiguiendo que te sientas servida con lo que quieras o necesites. Desde los jardines puedes ir a la playa y al paseo marítimo, que te conduce hasta el elegante puerto deportivo con innumerables restaurantes y tiendas. El hotel tiene también un spa, no demasiado completo pero estupendo.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza many times over the past few years. Just spent a week at the hotel in June. As always the hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy and the rooms cleaned and changed on a daily basis. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and always willing to help if assistance is required. A special mention to the pool staff, Jorge, Iago & Karina who provided us with refreshments all week, in a friendly manner and nothing was to much for them in helping us have a relaxing holiday. Please pass on our thanks to them. Look forward to returning to the Crowne Plaza in the very near future.

Everything to love about this hotel. We have a large suite with lounge and balcony overlooking the sea, the rooms are stylish, large and very well maintained. The hotel overall is spacious, all staff are absolutely excellent in terms of service and the food although hotel prices , is very very good and actually worth the expense, probably one of the best breakfast buffets I have experienced. The pool bar service and food are equally as good. The hotel is about 800m walk along from the marina which means you can easily pop for a stroll to eat but are far enough away for peace.

Para ser un 5* deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones mal insonorizadas. El servicio de restaurante pésimo. Habíamos tres pareja cenando y se confundieron a la hora de servir los platos, que eran bastante caros para la calidad que tienen, además en la carta lo presentan con unos acompañamientos determinados y luego lo traen como les da la gana. Otra cosa es q les pides agua mineral y te la traen del grifo, eso sí te la cobran a 3 euros la botella La mayoría del personal solo habla portugués, y el nivel de inglés o español prácticamente nulo. El desayuno buffet, no cumple con las medidas anticovid, por ejemplo la fruta y otros alimentos están al alcance de todos, sin mamparas protectoras. Resumiendo, le sobra una estrella y media

No veo este hotel como 5 estrellas, ni lo que se paga por pernoctar en el. Tanto el desayuno como la comida muy normal. La tele no funcionaba y no nos dieron solución. Te cobran por todo como extra, piscina, spa, pin pon, etc En la web dicen que tienen actividades, pues no tienen nada ni para adultos ni niños. El mini club de los niños una vergüenza sin nada con olor a vómito. Durante nuestra estancia nos abrían la puerta según ellos para comprobar mini bar o limpiar habitación. No vi normal que un hotel de 5 estrellas a las 8.30 vayan tocando a todas las habitaciones para ver si las limpian y tampoco vi normal que a las 16.00 me despierten de la siesta para ver el mini bar cuando yo había entrado a las 14.00 después de hacer un largo viaje para llegar. Lo que más me molestoes que les Daba todo igual y poco hacían para que tuvieses una buena estancia. Yo nunca volveré y os aconsejo que busquéis algo con más calidad, porque bien que te la cobran, pero no te la Dan.
