“The hotel is fine, good location. Under renovation in lobby (December 2022). Room is nice, staff friendly. No fridge in the room and no restaurant during renovation. Bar is open but we couldn't see it until our last day because of the walls around the lobby-renovation. Guest room is equipped with single- occupant, bare minimum on towels (over dried, scratchy), soap/shampoo, coffee. If you are traveling as a couple or family ask for more towels and amenities at check in. No housekeeping during stay. My only observation is that management is cutting guest amenity/service corners to recoup losses.”

“I own a luxury cleaning company and clean for a luxury resort, I can say I’ve stayed in $800 rooms where “cleaning” was still an issue. BUT this place takes CLEANLINESS, customer service, and it all to Luxury standards.
I’ve come into hotel rooms and still had
To clean. That was not a problem here. Not even a single piece of hair on floor in the bathroom missed, not a single piece of hair on linen, linen pressed and smell cleaned and processed well. Whoever cleans this place DO NOT LET THEM GO, Because I have high standards and can say I truly think they are the best at what they do.
Check in was smooth. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and the clerk was ready for us with hot cookies as well.
The drain did have a little trouble draining, however I let them know and 5 minutes later maintenance was up and fixed. Big resorts can’t even do that!
I would stay here again and again, and we will definitely return and recommend to our family and friends! Thank you for the amazing stay! Staff! And customer services from ALL your vendors.”
