Excelente ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Llegué tarde, el recepcionista fue agradable y servicial. El cuarto estaba bonito y limpio. Estancia corta, pero definitivamente volvería allí si estuviera en la zona.

Excellent location near airport. Arrived late, desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Short stay, but would definitely go there again if in the area.

Fiz parte da equipe de convenções da Convenção de Primavera da Barbearia do Distrito Pioneiro. A recepção pessoal foi incrível! Ao longo do fim de semana prolongado, tive vários pedidos que atenderam com entusiasmo. Obrigada. Sei que vou soletrar os nomes errados, mas agradeço a ajuda de: Adrienne, Danielle, Jolanda e Shayla. Vocês são demais. Eu entendo que voltamos em um ano para fazê-lo novamente. Ansioso para isso!

Eu estava lá para uma pesquisa de dois dias e pensei que seria um lugar muito agradável. Fácil de encontrar durante a condução. Um lugares de estacionamento. O local tinha várias salas disponíveis para eventos de uso múltiplo. O segundo dia teve outra conferência ao mesmo tempo. Bem, às vezes era um pouco barulhento no corredor e do lado da equipe, oh, pode ter sido apenas perceptível porque eu sentei tão perto da porta.

Muito decepcionado que fomos cobrados não uma vez, mas duas vezes incorretamente em nosso cartão de crédito. Ligaram diretamente para o hotel, eles disseram rudemente que não conseguiam encontrar essas cobranças, no entanto, é claro que fomos cobrados 5 vezes, não 3, pela nossa estadia. Ela me disse que não viu nenhum registro dela e há mais alguma coisa em que ela possa me ajudar, porque ela tem outros clientes para ajudar. Eu disse que é claro que eles nos acusaram porque está no nosso depoimento. Então, como podemos resolvê-lo? Mais uma vez, ela me apressou para desligar o telefone rudemente e não procurou mais nos ajudar. Aviso para aqueles que ficam lá ou reservam mais de um quarto, NÃO fiquem aqui. Eu tive que ligar e contestar através da minha empresa de cartão de crédito. American Express está nele! Pelo menos eles tiveram uma excelente ajuda no atendimento ao cliente na resolução de problemas que preocupam seus clientes. NÃO vai ficar aqui ou indicar alguém aqui novamente!

Very disappointed that we were charged for not once but twice incorrectly to our credit card. Called the hotel directly they rudely said they couldn’t find these charges on there end however it is clear as day that We have been charged 5 times, not 3, for our stay. She told me that she didn’t see any records of it on her end and is there anything else she could help me with because she has other customers to help.I said that it is clear that they charged us because it is on our statement. So how can we resolve it? Again, she rushed me off the phone rudely and didn’t look to help us any further. Warning to those staying there or booking more than one room, do NOT stay here. I had to call and dispute it through my credit card company. American Express is on it! Atleast they had excellent customer service help in resolving issues that are concerning to their customers.Will NOT stay here or refer anyone here again!

I was part of the convention team of the Pioneer District Barbershop Spring Convention. The front desk folks were amazing! Throughout the long weekend, I had several requests that they granted with enthusiasm. Thank you. I know I'll spell the names wrong, yet I'm grateful for the help from: Adrienne, Danielle, Jolanda, and Shayla. Y'all rock. I understand we come back in a year to do it again. Looking forward to it!

I was there for a two day survey and I thought that would look like a very nice place. Easy to find while driving. A parking spaces. The venue had several rooms available for multiple use events. The second day had another conference at the same time. Well it times it was a little loud in the corridor and the staff side oh, it may have only been noticeable because I sat so close to the door.

Encontrei uma verdadeira jóia em Grand Rapids. Quarto era confortável e as pessoas altas realmente apreciam chuveiros como este. Tinha pelo menos sete de altura. Ótimo para dois. Café-da-manhã foi fantástico com ovos reais e amplas porções.

Adorei a localização, estava a 15 minutos de tudo e qualquer coisa que queríamos fazer em Grand Rapids. A pessoa na recepção foi super atenciosa e bem informada sobre a área. Não deu 5 estrelas porque eu esperava um frigorífico/microondas no quarto e não havia. A piscina era boa.

Loved the location, was 15 minutes from anything and everything we wanted to do in Grand Rapids. The person at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Didnt give it 5 stars because I expected a fridge/microwave in the room and there was not. The pool was nice though.

I found a real jewel in Grand Rapids. Room was comfortable and tall people really appreciate shower heads like this. It was at least seven tall. Great for two. Breakfast was fantastic with real eggs and ample portions.
