“Close to downtown and secure parking Balcony not clean both days. No cleaning of ice bucket. Only one styrofoam coffee cup first night. Even though I was. Or to be charged parking when I arrived told on file. Thought it was rectified but got bill day of departure. Front desk personnel poor”
