Personal muy agradable y atento. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y lo suficientemente grandes. Las instalaciones piscina, spa,... nos encanto al poder acceder con los niños y estaban muy bien y limpias. La comida del restaurante es buena. El aeropuerto esta al lado para poder ir caminando de ser necesario aunque pasa el autobus y te deja de forma gratuita, asi mismo tiene el transporte público al lado por lo que esta muy bien comunicado.

Positive experience despite unexpected stop over. Quick check in. Well stocked bar, fabulous leisure facilities including sauna, steam room and jacuzzi pool. Immaculately clean. Good buffet style breakfast and late check out. Experiência positiva apesar da parada inesperada. Check-in rápido. Bar bem abastecido, instalações de lazer fabulosas, incluindo sauna, banho turco e piscina com jacuzzi. Impecavelmente limpo. Bom pequeno-almoço estilo buffet e check-out tardio.

I booked this hotel as it claimed to be 'pet friendly' and it had a restaurant that looked good. I never got to find out if it was or not - when I went for my evening meal I was told I couldn't take my dog into the restaurant, and I couldn't sit in the bar area near the door either to eat. I also couldn't leave the dog alone in the room (fair enough) so the only option was room service, which would have meant sitting on the bed eating some food. I would have booked a nearby restaurant if they'd told me about the pet policy when I booked 🙄. So, this is a nice hotel but it really isn't pet friendly! I've stayed in quite a few with my dog now and I wouldn't recommend this one.

We had a great stay, taking full advantage of booking a room at the airport hotel and parking our car whilst away. Right next to the airport, in fact, walking distance - there is also a shuttle bus every 20 mins between 03:00 and (I think) 22:00. Lovely hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Everyone we came across on their team was lovely, smiley and helpful. We will be using this hotel when away on holiday in future. Tivemos uma ótima estadia, aproveitando ao máximo a reserva de um quarto no hotel do aeroporto e estacionando nosso carro enquanto estávamos fora. Mesmo ao lado do aeroporto, na verdade, a uma curta distância - também há um ônibus a cada 20 minutos entre 03:00 e (eu acho) 22:00. Adorável hotel com um ótimo bar e restaurante. Todos que encontramos em sua equipe eram adoráveis, sorridentes e prestativos. Vamos usar este hotel quando estiver de férias no futuro.

Super comfortable and convenient location. Room was very clean and well-furnished. You have to pay for parking, which is unfortunate, but if you read the signs (there are many warning that you need to pay and failure to pay will result in 100£ fee) and actually do pay it is no trouble. Staff is very friendly.

We had a great stay, taking full advantage of booking a room at the airport hotel and parking our car whilst away. Right next to the airport, in fact, walking distance - there is also a shuttle bus every 20 mins between 03:00 and (I think) 22:00. Lovely hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Everyone we came across on their team was lovely, smiley and helpful. We will be using this hotel when away on holiday in future.

If you need a place close to the airport this is the best. Super close, 10 min walk and they provide a free shuttle. Room was spacious and clean. Joann, from housekeeping, was a star. She assisted us with any questions and requests we had during our stay. All staff were courteous. Pool was fun for some relaxing before a flight. Se você precisa de um lugar perto do aeroporto, este é o melhor. Super perto, 10 minutos a pé e eles oferecem um serviço de transporte gratuito. Quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Joann, do serviço de limpeza, era uma estrela. Ela nos ajudou com todas as perguntas e solicitações que tivemos durante a nossa estadia. Todos os funcionários foram gentis. Piscina foi divertido para relaxar antes de um vôo.

Great location for those needing accomodation at the airport. Some cleaning and maintenance issues in the room. (For example, shower head leaked out the top, spraying water all over the bathroom) and there were air ducts for central air, but no option to turn it on/control it. Did a good job setting up the room for us (foldout sofa bed for kids) Restaurant was nice, staff were so helpful and friendly. Pretty good breakfast although not as many options as some bigger hotels. Ótima localização para quem precisa de hospedagem no aeroporto. Alguns problemas de limpeza e manutenção no quarto. (Por exemplo, o chuveiro vazou pela parte superior, pulverizando água por todo o banheiro) e havia dutos de ar para o ar central, mas nenhuma opção para ligá-lo / controlá-lo. Fez um bom trabalho preparando o quarto para nós (sofá-cama desdobrável para crianças) Restaurante era bom, os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Bom café da manhã, embora não tenha tantas opções quanto alguns hotéis maiores.

Very convenient the fact that it is walking distance from the airport (also less than 5 minutes walk from the car rental), especially for flights arriving late or departing early. The room is decent and the breakfast the same, while parking is available upon payment. City center is around 30 minutes depending on the traffic. We preferred to stay there for two days because our flight was arriving late and car rental closed, so we had to pick up our car in the morning which would not be easy if we stayed in another hotel. Muito conveniente o fato de estar a uma curta distância do aeroporto (também a menos de 5 minutos a pé da locadora de carros), especialmente para voos que chegam tarde ou saem cedo. O quarto é decente e o café da manhã o mesmo, enquanto o estacionamento está disponível mediante pagamento. O centro da cidade fica a cerca de 30 minutos, dependendo do tráfego. Preferimos ficar lá por dois dias porque nosso voo estava chegando tarde e o aluguel de carro fechado, então tivemos que pegar nosso carro pela manhã o que não seria fácil se ficássemos em outro hotel.

The hotel is very clean, has excellent customer service, a full restaurant and bar and room service and comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is great value for everything you are receiving.100 percent would stay here again. Um hotel perfeito perto do aeroporto e a uma curta distância. Eles oferecem serviço de transporte, mas é uma caminhada fácil de 8 minutos ao longo de uma calçada marcada. O hotel é muito limpo, tem um excelente atendimento ao cliente, um restaurante e bar completo e serviço de quarto e camas e travesseiros confortáveis. O hotel é ótimo valor para tudo que você está recebendo. 100 por cento ficaria aqui novamente.

No me quedé en el hotel pero tuve un pequeño inconveniente y me paré a preguntar en el hotel.Me atendió Kris, creo que es polaco.Su ayuda fue inmensa, super amable, me ayudó muchísimo. Sólo quería decir que este chico vale oro, su amabilidad y comprensión fue increíble. Espero que su jefe sepa que no olvidaré la ayuda que me brindó cuando fuí a pedir ayuda. De una chica española muy agradecida de haber encontrado a esta persona en su camino cuando más lo necesitaba.Muchas gracias Kris/Chris.

Provavelmente tive azar, mas a impressão do hotel não é muito boa. Eles me colocaram em uma sala desarrumada, com um banheiro sujo e teias de aranha por toda parte. Uma aranha caiu na minha cabeça assim que entrou. Embora a comida seja deliciosa, a carne é perfeitamente cozida e os pastéis são bons. Estou em quarentena aqui e estou experimentando as delícias da hospitalidade escocesa. Tive que mudar minha opinião sobre o trabalho da cozinha do hotel. Café da manhã, que é um café da manhã inglês típico, ou seja linguiça, presunto frito, ovos, feijão com molho de tomate - é simplesmente impossível comer, tudo é tão apimentado e salgado. Eu pedi duas vezes para mudar para continental, ou seja, croissant, geléia, iogurte, mas eles novamente me trouxeram a azia. No almoço, dão sopa amassada, também proibida de comer, de tão apimentada. Portanto, a qualidade do serviço é razoável.

Maravilloso el hotel. Un lugar para pasar una estancia inigualable. Las habitaciones muy limpian, muy espaciosas y muy luminosas. El hotel es muy bonito. La comida de carta, está realmente buena, y el desayuno inmejorable. Por contra es caro. Mi mayor pega, es el camarero. Uno que es chino o japonés, nos sirvió de cenar ayer.l, nos atendió muy maleducacamente, y fue muy borde. Estaba agobiado y no tenía ganas de trabajar. Al pedir el postre, llego a nuestra mesas y dijo "¿Que queréis ahora?" alzando la voz. Me parece una falta de respeto y poco profesional

El hotel cumple con lo que promete. Los precios varían mucho, desde 100 hasta 300 euros. El desayuno es carísimo. Para comprar cualquier cosa, hay que ir a la terminal del aeropuerto (a la que se puede ir andando en menos de 10 minutos o bien usando el transfer - ojo, es el mismo bus que va al parking de larga estancia, indicarle que pare en el hotel). Check in rápido, algunos problemas de limpieza: pelos en la pared del baño, telaraña en una lámpara.

Tiene restaurante y la cocina muy bien pero un poco caro, el gimnasio muy pequeño. Las habitaciones limpias y la cama muy cómoda, pero bastante anticuadas, así como el hotel en general (cubierto por moqueta). No obstante, como opción rápida de una noche es un acierto ya que está muy cerca del aeropuerto, el ruido no se percibe y son cinco minutos andando

El poder usar la piscina cubierta es muy buena opción, los niños pueden hasta las 19:30 y está perfecto para ir al aeropuerto te acercan en un autobús. Para ir al centro de Edimburgo hay una parada en la puerta que por 4,5 libras te lleva en menos de 30 min.
