“I had a relatively comfortable stay at the Hilton Suites during Hajj 2019. The hotel was pretty modern. The staff at the breakfast area were very kind and accommodating. However I found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable (they felt extremely firm and springy), and the food during breakfast and dinner to be pretty flavorless. I also didn’t feel much of a homey vibe from the hotel, instead it felt pretty commercialized, and that detracted from my overall experience at Hajj.”

“Great sized rooms, good value for money, good location with super shuttle service which is regular. Could do with greater variety of food selection during buffet times to include juices, fruit, more intercontinental food and not just catering for groups. Better cleaning could be beneficial. Better in room coffee selection to include coffee not just only decaf coffee. Otherwise, very good service.”
