“Seems like since they were limited with travelers for the past year their cleaning would have been top notch....their hallway carpets are full of stains. Not a great first impression. Seems like they need to purchase a carpet cleaner or replace some areas of carpet. Staff came up with excuses on why some if their accommodations are lacking. Expected a little more proud behavior from Hilton, but seems like they just don't care. Maybe it is the location too partly, hotel circle Seems to be going down hill. Will reconsider where we stay next time in San Diego.”

“Very clean hotel with modern rooms. The first desk staff was very accommodating, especially with how busy the lobby was every time I walked past. My only complaint is that I was charged $18 for parking when I didn’t even have a vehicle here. I was dropped off and picked up with Lyft. Otherwise, wonderful stay and we would consider staying here again in the future when in San Diego!”
