“Amazing location, great and hardworking staff coming to fix your room twice a day!!! All included but No wristbands ( an amazing idea) the water temperature delicious. Sailing to all the virgins beaches is great.”

“worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I made a reservation for a preferred suite with a hot tub and they put me in a different room. I also payed for the preferred services but I would always had problems. When i asked them to put me in the room that I reserved they said straight out NO and if I asked to speak to a supervisor they would deny me of that right. People at the front desk are rude and do not know what customer service is. My AC was also not cooling off and when I told them about it they said that they would fix it but didn't. Cleanliness is also another factor about the Hotel. The shower was dirty and they are not sanitizing as they say they are. Sealing was also leaking from the rain at the balcony.”
