Extremely unprofessional manager- When the hotel overlooks on a third party-it’s the hotels fault. Period. Management didn’t close off the rooms on the third party So-after 9 hours of driving, they didn’t have my room. Then they tried to move me to another room, but had none. The general manager was so downright nasty, dismissive and unprofessional- Offered zero help Once I became angry she got nasty and agreed to call the third party She originally basically told me it was my issue to deal with and to call myself! As a restaurant general manager-that only booked at this hotel because it’s a small town with little options and none in my brand, I’d never- She made my night miserable and she really needs to go back to training I feel bad for the woman that was new - She clearly has what it takes to have the GM position! Shameful

Everyone was nice and helpful. Road noise is high in rooms on the Highway side of the building. Breakfast was short on many items and it was explained that supplies were late. Had better experiences at Fairfields.

Everyone was super nice, went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. The women whom do the breakfast was super great. The room was clean, if I needed anything I was given what I needed. I would suggest if u r traveling stay here u may not want to leave lol. They deserve more than 5 stars. U people ROCK

Nos alojamos aquí 4 noches. Nos registramos el miércoles por la noche. Tuvimos que irnos a las 3:30 de la mañana y bajamos las escaleras para hacer el check out y tuvimos que gritar para encontrar al recepcionista que estaba profundamente dormido en la sala de desayunos. Nunca volveremos a alojarnos en este hotel y le recomendamos encarecidamente que se mantenga alejado de este. Llamé a la empresa Marriott para contarles mi historia y después de estar al teléfono durante 25 minutos me colgaron.

E o hotel anuncia uma piscina e uma sala de ginástica, mas ambas estão fechadas. Tínhamos que sair às 3:30 da manhã e descemos para fazer o check-out e tivemos que gritar para encontrar o recepcionista que estava dormindo profundamente na sala de café da manhã. Nós nunca iremos ficar neste hotel novamente e recomendo que você fique longe deste. Liguei para a Marriott Corporate para contar minha história e, depois de ficar no telefone por 25 minutos, eles desligaram na minha cara.

We stayed here 4 nights. We checked in late Wednesday night. The next afternoon my grandpa asked if we could have fresh towels in our room and if they could make the beds since cleaning services have to be requested now. He told the cleaning lady that we were going to dinner and we wanted it clean before we got back. When we got back my $40 Apple charging plug and cord were gone. After that we asked if we could speak to the manager about it and come to find out the manager cleaned our room. We then just left our dirty towels and trash can in the hall like everybody else. But when we would come back there would be no new towels and also our trash can would be gone. So we had to ask for towels and trash can at the front desk. When we first got there, there was hair in the tub and dust on the lamp and headboard of the bed. There was also fruit loops under the bed. The room smelled musty when we first checked in. The air conditioner was either hot and stuffy or freezing. The breakfast choices were slim. And the hotel advertises a pool and fitness room but both are closed. We had to leave at 3:30 in the morning and we went downstairs to check out and we had to yell around to find the desk clerk who was sound asleep in the breakfast room. We will never stay in this hotel again and highly recommend that you stay away from this one. I called Marriott corporate to tell them my story and after being on the phone for 25 minutes they hung up on me.

O quarto não era muito limpo. Muita poeira e várias bolas de cabelo. O chuveiro é muito potente. Se você não puxar a cortina da maneira certa, a água vai para todo lado. Nós pulamos o café da manhã porque nos perguntamos o quão higiênico seria depois de um quarto sujo. Cama era confortável e as pessoas eram simpáticas.

The room wasn't very clean. Lots of dust and several hair balls. The shower is too powerful. If you don't have the curtain pulled just right water goes everywhere. We skipped the breakfast because we wonder how sanitary it would be after the dirty room. Bed was comfortable and the people were nice.
