“Third time here. Room (executive suite) was great as always👍 Very clean and with all we needed. Even the additional beds are comfy. Frontline staff was helpful and accommodating. This time we did experience some minor hiccups. Pool area was crowded. Either too many people was allowed access or people just showed up without reservation. Nobody checked🤷‍♂️ Breakfast was good but things wasn’t running as smooth as they used to. Front desk was understaffed. There was a constant wait. We will however come back😊”
