Estacionamento exterior e não amigável. Mas entrando tudo é perfeito, bem-vindo, quarto com produtos Nuxe, refeições (servidas no quarto), café da manhã, serviço, spa Nuxe com charmosas massagistas profissionais. Uma pena que a parte do spa molhado está fechada, em troca, fomos atualizados.

Estacionamiento exterior y no amigable. Pero a la entrada todo es perfecto, bienvenido, habitación con productos Nuxe, comidas (servidas en la habitación), desayuno, servicio, spa Nuxe con masajistas encantadoras y profesionales. Lástima que la parte del spa húmedo esté cerrada, a cambio nos han mejorado.

estadia muito agradável. Nice clean room com vista para o mar. o spa e equipe de catering muito acolhedor. pena que minha estada foi estragada pelo roubo de dinheiro em meu quarto com a resposta ao meu relato, um simples "sinto muito por você". Para um "grande" hotel e considerando o preço da noite, considero isso muito lamentável e decepcionante.

Grande hotel com estilo e serviço de alta classe. A equipe está fazendo todos os esforços para agradar os clientes, mesmo com todas as medidas do COVID-19 um Local muito Agradável para estar. uma boa equipa, sempre bem recebida, um quarto sempre limpo, o pequeno-almoço é generoso !! Uma estadia relaxante ... o spa é realmente uma vantagem, além da piscina coberta que não é aquecida o suficiente para o meu gosto.

Unless you are planing to go there with your tool, and be a good DIY then i would not recomend this place. The breakfast food is bellow average and dry. The staff are nice

Great hotel with high class Style and service. The staff is doing all effort to please the customers, even with all COVID-19 measures a very Nice Place to be. Rooms with modern streaming Equipment and big screen TV. We Will come back when we visit this region again.

Great hotel, incredible location you are literally on the beach and the view from the room (the one on the beach at least) is beautiful. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice but I wish the one outside was heated because it was too cold to swim

We hardly ever complain when on vacation, but this experience felt like it had to be shared. The hotel as such is pretty and has nice facilities overall. We were still disappointed in some ways: - The service was mixed, specifically at the reception we didn’t feel treated like guests but rather as someone annoying. When asking for small (usual) requests we weren’t offered help - We tried to book spa treatments several times and realized this was close to impossible as reception staff wasn’t allowed to book treatments and the spa reception was never attended - On our last day we were told that we could check out until 12.30 just to be kicked out of the room (while packing up last bits and pieces) at 12.20, in a not very friendly manner - If you aren’t fluent in French it’s hard to find your way - The breakfast buffet wasn’t stocked up 30 min before the time was up and missing basic items - I didn’t feel like COVID 19 safety measures were taken all too serious (ie the fitness room required an extra entry card that everyone uses and that didn’t get sanitized...) —- Overall not worth the price

We truly enjoyed out 3 night stay. That was an amazing view, Only few steps aways from nice clean sandy beach (if im not mistaken they have blue flag, Delicious breakfast. If we knew, we would have stayed longer. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Excelente locación aunque había bastantes mosquitos incluido durante el día No todo los empleados sabían inglés así q fue un poco complicado en poca ocasiones comunicarnos. El sauna y steam room queda en el paso hacia la piscina así q todas las personas que van hacia la piscina te van a ver ( un poco morboso para mi gusto) El desayuno Buffet estuvo bien ofrecían frutas huevos y pan

Muy lindo, buena atención. Ubicado frente al mar con vistas hermosas. La playa es tibia, sin olas perfecta para ir con niños. La ubicación es céntrica con variedad de restaurantes para ir caminando.

Un hotel tradicional renovado a nuevo. Las habitaciones con vistas al mar son hermosas. El spa es muy agradable. El gimnasio no tiene pesas pero sus máquinas son muy buenos y funcionan a la perfección. La atención en el front desk es impecable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
