“Location I've stayed there a few times and I've had a bad experience. Phone wasn't working, found some small bed bugs in one of the beds, heater didn't work.”

“Breakfast was amazing, room was clean The air conditioner panel inside the room did not work, I was cold and tried to change the temperature and shut it off completely but to no avail. I informed the front desk staff and was told to just put a towel over it, which also, did not work.”
