Estuve recientemente y todo muy bien, habitación, terraza y atención recibida. Lo negativo es el parking. Mal ventilado, era un horno, la rampa para salir es muy complicada y el precio me pareció abusivo (31€ por un día de estancia). Lo recomiendo si se va sin coche.

Experiencia fantástica, trato del personal super amables, todos , desde los de recepción hasta los camareros se han portado muy bien con nosotros, nos han obsequiado incluso con una botella de cava cortesía del hotel. Gracias H10 por representar tan bien la marca España. Sois una referencia sin duda alguna del sector hotelero. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Hemos estado en la terraza cenando. El personal muy amable. Teníamos una mesa baja central y nos buscaron una mesa alta con vistas espectaculares. Muchas gracias por el detalle. Cenamos la hamburguesa y estaba muy buena.

THIS HOTEL HAS BEDBUGSI was traveling through Europe and so far everything was perfect that in the last few days I went to Madrid and stayed at the Hotel H10 which was where I had the worst experience of my life.My last day, my wife and I woke up with several bites on the body, arm, neck, legs and even on the face.We didn't understand why until when I went to check our bed it was full of bedbugs.We went to the front desk to explain the situation and they said it was mosquitoes.As far as I know mosquitoes can't get inside my clothes and even bite all parts of my body.We even saw the bedbugs on the bed.We went back to Florida and sent an email with the photos and they paid little attention to us.I think this is a lack of respect for customers and that's why I decided to expose myself here about this case.I'm not one to give bad reviews but it's been awful going through this situation.

From check in to checkout the service was outstanding. Raquel set the tone, check in was welcoming, smooth, efficient and we even managed to get in our room nice and early. Location is spot on, easy to get to and from the metro station with good links to the airport. Although work was going on in the reception area this was kept out of the way and remained mainly unnoticed, the reception and lobby are very contemporary with a nice feel to them. The room had a great feel to it, decorated nicely, spotlessly clean and with everything you could ask for. The bed was really comfortable and the shower modern and stylish. The roof top bar and pool give the hotel a great added bonus with exceptional views of the park and city, perfect for cooling off. Checkout was just as good as check in with a small charge for late check out and use of the facilities until we had to leave. Needless to say we will be staying here again and will definitely try different locations within the chain. Thanks for a great stay.

No puedo hablar sobre el servicio ni de recepción ni de las habitaciones ni de nada relacionado con huéspedes porque fui a una sala que tienen acondicionada para una convención numismática que ofrecen todos los meses. Allí las personas pueden ir y comprar casi todo tipo de monedas y billetes antiguos y actuales. Tienen puestas unas mesas alargadas donde se expone el material y puedes verlo y comprarlo.

Estuvimos tomando algo al atardecer en la azotea y fue todo muy bien. El personal es amable, las vistan son increíbles y el precio de la consumición es el que es porque básicamente pagas las vistas. Pedimos dos tercios de cerveza y nos pusieron unas patatillas, pagamos 11€. Repetiré seguro :)

We have stayed in the hotel many times and its exceptional in terms of service and location. It is very unfortunate H10 still does not allow pets in the hotel, so many times we stay in other dog friendly hotels… Hope that policy changes soon!

Has to be one of the best values I’ve experienced from a hotel. Clean edgy design, friendly attentive staff, quality restaurant and incredible view and location. Would return in a heartbeat.An all around A+

Perfect stay with a great plunge pool for the scorching afternoon heat in Madrid. When I come back to Madrid this will be my no1 choice. Gave 4 stars rather than 5 only because both our room keys broke 5 times (on a 4 night stay) which meant going back to the lobby each time - and the night staff were a bit blunt. The key wasn't near our phones etc. and we are very accustomed to using the magnetic strip keys - I think they are just low quality.

Nice, pretty and clean hotel. Friendly staff and lovely rooftop terrace. But very noisy in the halls, we heard every move outside our hotel room, even the cleaning staff.

Lovely stay here. Comfortable rooms with aircon (needed in July!). Friendly staff at reception. We had breakfast one day, which was good however I think a little over priced. The rooftop plunge pool was fun, you can reserve the beds for 1 hour per day and it was pretty busy! Would be nice if pool are was open for longer, as it’s only from 10-7pm. The rooftop bar has amazing views of the city. Liked the fact it had lots of toiletries (like toothbrush, combs, sewing kits etc) as well as the normal ones in the bathroom, was a nice touch.

Tudo aqui é bom. Cheguei às 7AM e fui extremamente bem recebido depois de 11h de voo. Começou bem e levou o nível alto até o checkout. Destaco a localização.

I had a beautiful & relaxing experience at their rooftop for lunch. The food was fresh and tasty, a little overpriced but your paying for the views and vibes and it’s worth it. The pool is gorgeous! The wait staff was very friendly and fast! I highly recommend this place!

La terrazabonita. Personal muy amable, faltan bebidas básicas. Y no son detallistas: después de diez minutos de tener las copas servidas y cobradas,empieza a llover y nos mandan a la planta baja. Los precios de las copas en terraza son más caros por el sitio donde te la tomas. Si no puedes hacerlo . ....debe de haber algún detalle/compensación que ellos, después de pedirlo.....lo negaron. Entramos trece posibles clientes y salimos convencidos que no volveremos.

Fuimos en verano, elegimos una habitación con terraza. Tenía unas vistas espectaculares con dos tumbonas y mesa, comodisimo. El baño es súper amplio y las camas muy cómodas. Con muy buena ventilación. Por la tarde fuimos a la terraza y a la piscina y lo único es que el agua no estaba muy limpia. Pero pasamos el rato que quisimos en las hamacas. Si vais acordaros de reservar allí antes de subir, que de eso no informan. La cena en la terraza fue muy buen. Si tuviese que volver lo haría sin duda.

El personal súper amable, competente y educado. Las habitaciones básicas pero perfectas para descansar. La cama, increíblemente cómoda. Good location near El Retiro Park and Barrio de Salamanca. The hotel is very clean and modern and offers a very good service and comfy rooms. There is a nice rooftop terrace. The reception staff is superb! We will go back.

Es el mejor hotel en el que te puedes quedar en Madrid. Su personal es lo máximo para ayudarte a que tu estancia en España sea la máxima experiencia. Su terraza tiene una vista increíble . Las camas deliciosas. La pasé increíble y seguro que a mí vuelta España ahí me quedaré nuevamente.

El servicio inmejorable. Las habitaciones limpias, con gusto en la decoración y servicios que ofrece. Nos hicieron el favor de darnos la habitación nada más llegar de Atocha y la verdad es quese agradece esa flexibilidad si está disponible ,ya que llegas cansado y no pierdes tiempo esperando a hacer el check in habitual. Destacaría la amabilidad del personal en recepción. Llamé por teléfono un día antes para solventar una duda y la recepcionista fue un encanto. Eso mismo se corroboró por el resto del personalel día que estuvimos. Una maravilla, para repetir.

La terraza tiene buenas vistas, aunque estando la mayoría de mesas disponibles no nos ofrecían mesa con vistas frontales salvo que fueras a comer. La comida algo escasa, precio-calidad exagerada. Las croquetas muy buenas (5 por ración), los baos (3 por ración) sin más, y las alcachofas muy decepcionantes. Indicamos al camarero que no estaban bien limpias, y tuvimos que dejar la mitad de la ración. Aún así no tuvieron ni el detalle y nos las cobraron. Si quieres buenas vistas tendrás que pasar por esto, si te interesa más la comida en sí, la oferta gastronómica de la zona es bastante mejor que la que ofrecen allí.

Fantastic matressess means the best sleep I've had. Great staff and excellent facilities. Just wish the pool had been open. "It's out of season" only goes so far when the terrace is open and serving drinks to t-shirt wearing guests...

Nice hotel, the services, the food and the roof top bar are the highlights. The breakfast was great, with the one of best eggs I have ever had. The rooms are very very spacious and confortable but a bit worn out. The staff is incredible, really nice and helpful, you feel like at home.

Clean, modern hotel. Small-ish rooms but larger than average bathrooms. The room didn’t have a kettle but they brought one up promptly when asked. Breakfast is varied and of good quality.

Hardly 4*, rather 3. Overpriced, tiny rooms and pool. Worst part - sound proofing. You will hear anything at your level, including elevator bell. For positive sides - breakfast, rooftop view, good location. Staff is responsible and helpful.

Great location and a wonderful staff.The room we booked accommodated a family of 4 very easily. We booked out room with breakfast and it was well worth it - a good time saver and the food was good. The pool is small - but who really cares - the views from the rooftop bar are very nice and the drinks were on point! The entire hotel staff is very courteous.

A really good stay for the price! Great centric location. Nice, comfortable room and beds, with a superior self-service breakfast with typical Spanish food. Definitely worthwhile to book with breakfast and enjoy yourself. Worth noting that we were offered with a free drink in the rooftop.
