“I'm sitting here in the lobby at 6pm, an hour after trying to check in for my reservation, and still have not been given a room. We have stayed here often in the past happily. The price for the night is nearly double what it was 3 years ago, and they have added a mandatory "urban destination fee" - I have never had such a ridiculous experience at a hotel.Update - when they finally had our room ready, my complaint about the wait combined with the price increases was compensated with a slight discount. The hotel staff is obviously overwhelmed with sudden travel crowds. And they seem to have used the pandemic to give the rooms updates, but it's still very expensive for a standard hotel room.”

“Great hotel with a great view of Lake Champlain from our room. Although, the bathroom was small and it became crowded when we spread out all our toiletries. Also there was no fan in the bathroom and there needs to be more hooks to hang up wet towels and clothes. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. I Loved all the seating around the hotel inside and outside. The pool was a lot of fun as our kids love to swim and it kept them entertained.”
