“Calificaría el hotel con menos de una estrella si es posible solo sobre la base de nuestra experiencia de registro hospitalario menos que estelar en la recepción anoche (Patrick) después de un viaje agotador y estresante en una tormenta de invierno.Reevaluaría las prácticas de contratación, la capacitación de sus empleados en la resolución de conflictos y el verdadero significado de la hospitalidad en lugar de confrontar a sus invitados.
