“Windowand refrigerator were broken. Me and my husband ordered drinks from the bar and they were terrible. We expressed that we didn't care for the drinks and the waitress was very rude about it. Saying "do you even know what you ordered?"Not once did I hear an apology from the staff nor the manager.”

“We brought our 17-yo son for his birthday. He has severe special needs and we needed accommodations that would make it easy on him and us. Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. The rooms were large enough for us to maneuver his wheelchair. The staff have a cleaning protocol in place and everyone was required to wear a mask. We would definitely bring our son here again. It’s walking distance from several restaurants and a grocery store. The convenience worked well for us.”
