“If 0 stars was an option I would’ve definitely chosen that instead! Well where do I start I had a delay with American Airlines they offered a voucher for this hotel but I still got charged 50 bucks when I arrived the gentleman at the reservation was very rude. Had my flight the next morning and I know for a fact that my bag stayed in the room. I boarded my flight I got home and called the hotel to ask about it and they said nothing was found. I have a friend who lives in town and they went to check also but they acted like they didn’t care! Whoever cleaned my room must’ve kept it and I had something very valuable in there!!! I definitely want to know who cleaned the room 405 for my overnight stay literally 4 hours there 10/17/22-10/18/22. If there’s someone here I could speak to that would be a plus because it seems like their employees don’t really care about their business and the customers.”

““Confirmation” Reservations means Nothing! I emailed, many, and received emails especially my confirmation email, (for the 3rd time ), the morning we left to travel. Traveled 11 hours, got to the hotel and we told that 2 of my reserved rooms weren’t available 😡 Come to find out, that was not true…..this was done purposely, I believe! Turns out my cousin was in one of my “reserved” rooms. Telling me that she had just made her reservations. Meaning, the room WAS available! Which is why I believe what I previously stated. Also, there’s a $50 hold charge for the rooms, not mentioned within any of my emails. And, there’s no complementary breakfast. Overall and the purpose of us being there was wonderful!”
