“Booked this hotel about 1 hour before arriving. Got to hotel around 11AM, check in wasnt until 4PM, Cliff, at the front desk was beyond nice and managed to get us a room within 15 minutes! He continued to extend kindness and assistance with directions, food recommendations, and just over all great service! Will definitely stay here again. Rates were reasonable and hotel very clean and although I didn't use it, heard from other guests that their gym was really nice. They did not offer a complimentary breakfast, and that was about thing I can say wasn't perfect.”

“We like our room although the bathroom door wouldn't close. It didn't bother us that much. My husband Hate the bed. Pillows are flat and comfortable were sad. I suggest you change the bedding and pillows in every room, it doesn't play a big part of your guest reviews. The biggest issue we had was that we missed place our pod to our car (I know I know we should keep up with it and it no one but our fault. ) but asked the housekeeper (bright orange hair) if we need to go back and look, she didn't even look at us she keep working. She was rude and didn't even so some customers service. She gave us some rude instructions but I just went and left her alone. Front desk Linda was nice”
