This is one of the nicest Garden Inn's I've stayed in. We stayed in a King Size room - we flew in at the wee hours of the morning. The Garden Inn sent a driver to pick us and our bags up from the airport. They were there as needed. The bed was very comfortable - I didn't try the fitness room, nor amenities as I normally do as I was groggy from a long flight. Will definitely stay here again.

A good job was done outside the premises to shield the hotel from the vagaries of the highway resulting in a small but beautiful garden with a good mix of plants and bushes. Inside, is cozy, comfortable and all sounds from the highway are effectively blocked out. The hotel may as well be 2 miles away from the highway, rather than the actual 10 metres or so. The staff are friendly and helpful. They clearly understand the hotel's strong points and will advise you accordingly if you ask. There's a mix of sitting facilities, -from comfortable but formal to pure leisure, all within the same area. You can watch some sports here but, you can tell it's not one of their strong selling points from the single television available. Unfortunately, I haven't boarded here, so I can't comment on the accommodation, but I understand that 1 night for 2 with bed and breakfast will cost 25k Kenyan for a standard room. Prices are good, they compare favourably with places like Java. Definitely, a place to visit especially when one is not in a hurry because 1 hour here becomes the equivalent of 30 minutes.

I stayed at the Hotel for 5 days Staff were very helpful especially Emmanuel was very helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. Also they are sound proof with a nice view of the express highway. The gym is great and the view at the swimming pool on the top floor is breathtaking. It was a great experience I recommend this hotel for a couple, or a person that's looking for quality world class service.

I have never had a worse experience dealing with staff that don't even hear your requests and let alone meet them. As a business traveler who is on the road 80% of the time, I highly advise against staying at this hotel. I have never left a bad review but my experience dealing with their management has been so frustrating that I just decided it was time to leave one. There are plenty of other nice airport hotels around that one can use and have a great experience at.

Very pleasant hotel close to the international airport. Rooms very clean, and all of the staff were helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice (probably the best we had in Kenya and Tanzania). Also liked the modern decor in the lobby.
