“It is nice to walk into ur hotel room to smell that it is clean, but it is terrible that a outbreak (covid) is to take credit for the rooms being disinfected!!! Me being me looks under the bed and behind the end tables just to c how clean this room really is. Well there is so much dirt, dust bunnies and garbage makes me think do they really clean or just spray disinfectants?”

“Front desk agent during the day is horrible! Been waiting on hold with reservations for over an hour after being disconnected for the second time in two days with no call back! My only request is to switch to a better Hilton hotel!!!! I I will NEVER STAY AT A HILTON HOTEL EVER AGAIN!!!!
