“The front fest guy was overly loud and brown nosing. The pool was disgusting and a disgrace for the Hilton brand. The guest were allowed to have their pizza box dang near floating in the whirlpool. Those same guest were in the pool and whirlpool with regular tennis shoes on and staff was serving them, noticing it! I was the only person with a mask on and Florida residents have one of the highest cases of Covid19 in the country! The room wasn’t as clean as overtly expressed! Hilton has really lost its touch with modernization, cleanliness perception, and representation! I truly expected better as I’ve ALWAYS bragged and prided being a HH member!”

“If you’re staying in the Lakeland area I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn. It’s decently close to most anything you could want, but the true highlight is the staff. You could not find a nicer, more welcoming, and hard working staff as they have at this hotel. I was in the area for five weeks on short term assignment for work and these folks made coming back to the hotel like coming home. From the front desk, to housekeeping , to the bartenders and cooks, these folks really do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable.
Also they have an awesome heated pool and the best burgers around.”
