“Very unfriendly staff. I wanted some milk one night and was refused. I walked across the street to a Hampton Inn, explained my issue and they GAVE me two at no charge. Also, the restaurant and bar were closed. At 200 dollars per night, it was one of the worst hotel deals I ever made. The clerk on duty, initials MP, was in real need of some training. TERRIBLE. Next stay in Livermore will be at the Hampton. Hilton should reevaluate their inadequate staff and provide the best service possible for their customers, especially charging too much”

“I was in town for a wedding and this hotel was referred by bride and groom... Great hotel! Angie was the best! So kind and helpful! :) Manager as well! They were friendly! We had plenty of laughs at the front desk! 🤣 Very pleasant stay! Rooms were clean, housekeepers were nice, they're pet friendly, and still adhere to masks policy which I love because I still wear my mask! If you're searching for a hotel and you're in the area, definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn Livermore!”
