Não ficaria aqui novamente. Eles decidiram parar de servir o café da manhã às 8h30 devido à pandemia. Eles literalmente não queriam cozinhar um café da manhã quente.Essa é a única razão dada. Então não quis nos dar cereais secos pré-embalados, embora um crédito de US $ 10 seja concedido aos hóspedes. Não fique aqui. É medíocre na melhor das hipóteses. Há tantos outros hotéis bem perto deste.

No me alojaría aquí de nuevo. Decidieron dejar de servir el desayuno a las 8:30 am debido a la pandemia. Literalmente, simplemente no querían cocinar un desayuno caliente de relleno.Esa es la única razón dada. Entonces no quería darnos cereal seco preenvasado a pesar de que se otorga un crédito de $ 10 a los invitados. No te quedes aquí. Es mediocre en el mejor de los casos. Hay tantos otros hoteles cerca de este.

Wouldn’t stay here again. They decided to stop serving breakfast at 8:30am due to the pandemic. They literally just didn’t want to cook a refill hot breakfast.That’s the only reason given. Then didn’t want to give us prepackaged dry cereal even though a $10 credit is given to guests. Don’t stay here. It’s mediocre at best. There are so many other hotels right near this one.

Hotel muito bonito. É justo que uma corporação tensa alugue quartos para seus funcionários para que eles possam tomar um café da manhã grátis. Hotel precisa de uma atualização em seu sistema de água esqueça de tentar tomar banho quente. A água estava fria. Oh, você observa a porta quando você a fecha, eles se fecham. Para a garçonete, não é da conta de todos que comem de graça, guarde isso para você.

hotel muy bonito Es justo que una corporación tensa alquile habitaciones para sus empleados para que puedan tener un desayuno gratis. El hotel necesita una mejora en su sistema de agua, olvídese de intentar tomar una ducha caliente. El agua estaba fría. Oh, mira la puerta cuando la cierras, se cierran de golpe. Para la camarera, no es asunto de todos los que comen gratis, guárdelo para usted.

Very beautiful hotel. It's just right for a uptight corporation to rent rooms for there employees so they can have a free breakfast. Hotel needs a upgrade on its water system forget trying to take hot shower. Water was cold. Oh ya watch the door when u close it they slam shut. To the waitress it's not everyone's business who eats free keep it to your self.

Eu não daria estrelas se pudesse. Eles deram nosso quarto reservado para deficientes físicos. Ligamos para a recepção 4 vezes sobre o nosso calor não funcionar. I would give them no stars if I could. They gave away our reserved handicap room. We called the front desk 4 times about our heat not working. They were going to give us a small refund but instead charged us twice for one night. No response from the hotel. Hilton Honors took care of getting our money back.

Eles não têm uma piscina em serviço agora por causa de restrições obscuras. Acabamos mudando para o Courtyard at Marriott porque eles tinham uma piscina coberta que estava funcionando

Não há AC em 2 quartos diferentes no 4º andar, mas nunca foi oferecido um ventilador ou para ser movido e a recepcionista Jessica foi rude quando desci às 1h pedindo para mudar de quarto, pois não havia AR CONDICIONADO! Os quartos são básicos e mais parecidos com um dormitório de faculdade do que com um quarto de hotel. Eles têm luzes de segurança superbrilhantes que brilham nos quartos de todos como uma prisão. Um motel teria sido uma estadia mais agradável do que este lugar. Também os banheiros estavam sujos. Evite este lugar, é um desperdício absoluto de seu dinheiro.

I've hospedado em muitos hotéis Hilton, mas este foi de longe o pior!!!! Quando chegamos lá, descobrimos que eles não estavam oferecendo café da manhã. Também descobrimos que a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem estavam fora de ordem. A cafeteira Kureig no quarto era absolutamente nojenta e inutilizável!!! O sistema HVAC não resfriava a sala. A estadia foi extremamente miserável

Me he alojado en muchos hoteles Hilton, ¡pero este fue el peor con diferencia! Cuando llegamos nos enteramos de que no estaban ofreciendo desayuno. También descubrimos que la piscina y el jacuzzi estaban fuera de servicio. ¡La cafetera Kureig en la habitación era absolutamente asquerosa e inutilizable! El sistema HVAC no enfriaba la habitación. La estancia fue extremadamente miserable.

They don't have a pool that is in service right now because of covid restrictions. We ended up changing to the Courtyard at Marriott because they did have an indoor pool that was working

I've stayed at many Hilton Hotels but this one by far was the worst!!!! When we arrived there we learned they weren't offering breakfast. We also discovered the pool and hot tub were out of order. The Kureig coffee maker in the room was absolutely disgusting and unusable!!! The HVAC system wouldn't cool the room. Out stay was extremely miserable

It was nice. Staff was helpful and courteous. Restaurant was closed because of Covid. That was disappointing. I will stay here again.

No AC in 2 different rooms on the 4th floor, but was never offered a fan or to be moved and the front desk woman Jessica was rude when I came down at 1am asking to move rooms since there was NO AIR CONDITIONING! The rooms are bare bones and more akin to a college dorm than a hotel room. They have super bright security lights that shine into everyone's rooms like a prison. A motel would have been a more pleasant stay than this place. Also the toilets were dirty. Avoid this place, it's an absolute waste of your money.

Senhora da recepção foi muito bom .. a localização é excelente. Os quartos eram sujos e empoeirados .. refrigerador não funcionava. Observei a governanta parada no corredor com aspirador de pó enquanto ela estava no telefone. Não fomos informados quando a reserva foi feita que o restaurante e a piscina coberta estavam fechados.

Front desk lady was really nice.. location is great. Rooms were dirty and dusty.. refrigerator didn't work. Watched the housekeeper standing in hall with vacuum running while she was on her phone.. We weren't told when reservation was made that the restaurant and indoor pool was closed..
