Nice enough hotel. Nothing super special, but nice for what it is. Friendly and helpful staff for the most part. Don’t ask them to assist at all with the business center. The girl at the front desk could care less and showed no interest in assisting me. I liked the exercise room. It was nice. Rooms very comfortable. Bed was comfy, as well.

I arrived early but my room wasn’t ready. The check-in and room service staff did everything they could to prepare a room for me. I was able to leave my luggage security with them while going to get lunch until my room was prepared. They also acknowledged my accommodations. The hotel is walking distance to different stores (i.e. restaurants, nail salon, etc.). Only four stars because the breakfast is pricey for common continental experience and gym has less equipment then I expected - no barbell.

This hotels policy requires housekeeping to bang on your door at 8:00 a.m. on the day of check out. It is wise to request a "Do not Disturb" for your door since it was not provided in the room. House keeping staff could not communicate adequately to provide basic needs, pool is very small. Desk managers were very polite and accommodating. The service provides was not up to Hilton standards of excellence and certainly not worth the cost of the stay.

1. There was a gold fish snack piece in the corner of the sofa. Gross. 2. Requested for room cleaning, was told can only do 1 day after. It still wasn’t done 1 day after. Requested again and it was done 1 day before leaving. (1 week stay) 3. I have gold status but I don’t see any benefits. There’s food and beverage credits of $10/day. Used that on water. They offer free water upon day 1 check in but not afterwards. Water 500ml is $3/bottle and bigger is $4/bottle. I drink a lot. Have to buy water from outside. 4. Breakfast has different options. Not free. The bakeries stay the same everyday. I didn’t like them personally. Most staffs are friendly. There’s a small gym as well. It has everything needed. No walk-in distance to less than $$$ restaurants nor groceries stores. Location with a car is very good, not walk-friendly. Ye, Contact directly without leaving a contact method. Interesting.

I have stayed at this Hilton location as well as others and for the most part my stays have been comfortable. On this trip my room was comfortable but there was a noise problem. There was banging and stopping about above me as well as loud person (and TV) adjacent to me. I will have to ask for a quiet area of the hotel if there is a next time staying there. Something else of mention, I have stayed at other Hilton Garden locations that offer a free morning buffet but this one is not one of them so if you are looking for that offering you will be disappointed. They do have complimentary coffee though. I usually opt for Starbucks up the street.
