Camas muito limpas e confortáveis e uma loja de conveniência ao lado da recepção, você está pagando um preço razoável por uma estadia confortável. Não decepcionou ainda. A única razão pela qual não posso dar a eles uma pontuação perfeita é porque já fiquei lá várias vezes nos últimos meses e o check-out tardio de cortesia leva apenas 30 minutos extras. Qual é o sentido de oferecer check-out tardio nesse caso? Se fossem um pouco mais flexíveis, eu diria 5 estrelas

Muy limpio, ropa de cama cómoda y una tienda de conveniencia justo al lado de la recepción, estás pagando un precio razonable por una estancia cómoda. No ha decepcionado todavía. La única razón por la que no puedo darles una puntuación perfecta es porque me he alojado allí varias veces en los últimos meses y su salida tardía de cortesía es solo 30 minutos adicionales. ¿Cuál es el punto de ofrecer salida tardía en ese caso? Si fueran un poco más complacientes, diría que 5 estrellas.

Very clean, comfortable bedding and a convenience store right next to reception, you're paying a reasonable price for a comfortable stay. Hasn't disappointed yet. The only reason I can't give them a perfect score is because I've stayed there several times now in the last few months and their complimentary late checkout is only an extra 30 minutes. What's the point of offering late checkout in that case? If they were a bit more accommodating I would say 5 stars

Eles têm serviço 24 horas. Cheguei às 3:00 da manhã e pude fazer o check-in. Eles ofereceram estacionamento gratuito que é Kool e o lugar fica perto de um posto de gasolina e restaurantes como Baton Rouge. Acho que eles oferecem café da manhã, mas acho que você tem que pagar. Além disso, meu quarto era agradável, com uma TV, uma geladeira e uma cama muito confortável para dormir.

Tienen servicio las 24 horas. Llegué a las 3:00 am y pude registrarme. Ofrecieron estacionamiento gratuito que es Kool y el lugar está cerca de una estación de servicio y restaurantes como Baton Rouge. Creo que ofrecen desayuno, pero creo que tienes que pagar. Además, mi habitación era bonita, con televisión, nevera y una cama muy cómoda para dormir.

They have 24 hour service. I got in 3:00am and was able to check in. They offered free parking which is Kool and the place is near a gas station and restaurants like Baton Rouge. I think they offer breakfast but I think you have to pay. Also, my room was nice with a TV, refrigerator, and a very comfortable bed to sleep on.

Serviço de atendimento ao cliente terrível (nem todos). Tive que lidar com um funcionário terrível na recepção quando eu verifiquei que era rude e desrespeitoso. Tive de passar 45 minutos ao telefone para obter uma cópia do meu recibo porque este funcionário recusou-se a dar-me a minha cópia e disse-me que tinha sido enviada por e-mail.As duas estrelas são para o quarto limpo, e também a pessoa que me registrou (Adam) era um cara ótimo e legal. Infelizmente, eu nunca vou ficar lá novamente. Poderia ter um respeito muito melhor com outros hotéis (e há muitos na área de GTA).

Terrible customer service (not everyone). Had to deal with a terrible employee at the reception when I checked out who was rude and disrespectful. I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to get a copy of my receipt because this employee refused to give me my copy and told me it was sent over by email. The two stars is for the clean room, and also the person that checked me in (Adam) was a great and a nice guy. Unfortunately, I will never stay there again. Could have much better respect with other hotels (and there are too many in the GTA area).

Fully air condition. Staff were nice. Room was beautiful with comfortable furniture. Interior was nice. Great section of restaurant. Location was good.

Se Hospedaram no último fim de semana por duas noites e teve uma ótima experiência. Embora não houvesse serviço de limpeza diário no fim de semana, a recepção foi amigável e prestou um ótimo serviço. Os quartos também são muito limpos e parecem ser recentemente renovados! Apesar da pandemia, tivemos uma estadia agradável e sem stress!

Stayed the past weekend for two nights and had a great experience. Although there was no daily housekeeping on the weekend, the reception was friendly and provided a great service. The rooms are also very clean and seems to be recenty renovated! Despite the pandemic we had a pleasant stress-free stay!

Muy amables, amplio, familiar y con un servicio excelente. Está en una muy buena ubicación para transporte público, cuenta con Wi-Fi, calentador, bañera, servicio de café en la habitación, conexión usb en diferentes lugares, televisión de paga, la cena a la habitación es deliciosa, de buena proporción y frescura. Yo llevaba un problema de espalda, y la cama y almohadas están tan cómodas y cálidas, que fue una experiencia inolvidabley de mucho descanso. Gracias
