“This hotel looks like they are trying to remodel. The time I tried to stay here, the AC was out in the lobby and all of the staff was hiding in a single air conditioned room. I was left standing at the front desk for 20 minutes before someone finally came to see if anyone was in the lobby. The restaurant was closed. According to the front desk clerk it had been closed by the health department. It was in a construction area and the clerk was not fluent in English so he may have meant due to construction. I didn't ask for clarity. None of the rooms had for seals for clean stay. My room had light switches hanging out of the wall as of they were being serviced? The room was heavy with the smell of cologne. None of the lights worked, the bed was unmade, and there were someone's clothes left behind next to the bed. This was summer 2021 so due to COVID cleaning concerns I left the hotel without staying, and came out of pocket on a top a room at a nearby Hampton. Hilton refunded my stay as the owner of the property was unresponsive to the issues. Never even tried to reach out to me. I may try again at some point after the remodel. Updated review to a 3/5 as reviews since the remodel have been favorable. Will update if I stay there in the future.”

La vez que traté de quedarme aquí, el aire acondicionado estaba apagado en el vestíbulo y todo el personal estaba escondido en una habitación individual con aire acondicionado. Me dejaron parado en la recepción durante 20 minutos antes de que alguien finalmente viniera a ver si había alguien en el vestíbulo. El restaurante estaba cerrado. Según el recepcionista, había sido cerrado por el departamento de salud. Estaba en un área de construcción y el empleado no hablaba inglés con fluidez, por lo que puede haber querido decir debido a la construcción. No pedí claridad.
