A suíte era decente, havia um problema com a banheira de hidromassagem, sem água quente e a banheira não retinha água. Liguei para a recepção, eles enviaram um conjunto de engenheiros. Os engenheiros explicam que este prédio é mal construído e eu posso ter água quente em uma hora ou mais, os 2 homens substituíram o dreno e foram embora. (a única razão pela qual paguei US $ 530 por 1 noite foi para aproveitar a banheira de hidromassagem com o cônjuge) liguei para a gerência e eles disseram que enviariam alguém com cartões-chave para um novo quarto, disseram que fica a apenas algumas portas, esperou 2 horas e nunca veio para o quarto. Teve um problema com o hotel do outro lado da rua e se mudou. Eles poderiam se importar menos. Eu sou um membro Diamond e tive a experiência de check-in mais terrível. Quase como se "Anna" estivesse irritada por eu estar lá para fazer o check-in. O manobrista foi a única experiência de pessoa para pessoa que foi boa. A piscina do outro lado da rua tinha uma criança andando até a lanchonete para comprar queijo e o barman disse “pegue um pai, eu não sou sua babá, garoto”… ambas as propriedades precisam de uma revisão total. Eles aparentemente atendem ao lixo local, como era óbvio por não hóspedes do hotel pendurados na piscina. Total piada de hospitalidade. Quarto era limpo embora. Isso e manobrista foi uma vantagem. Nunca levaria uma família aqui. Fique em outro lugar. CUIDADO.

Quartos muito agradáveis em uma ótima localização no coração do centro histórico de Branson e perto das lojas do centro antigo, cercado por lojas e restaurantes modernos e acessível a muitas atividades e acomodações. Houve até um concerto gratuito à beira-mar na noite em que ficamos que realmente gostamos. Também é um hotel de serviço completo, então eles ajudarão você a levar sua bagagem para o seu quarto ou estacionar seu carro com o serviço de manobrista. A desvantagem foi que eles não nos permitiram embalar o carrinho de bagagem para pegar nossas coisas na nossa partida. Deixamos que eles nos ajudassem quando chegamos, mas nos sentimos mais à vontade para embalar nossos itens antes de sair. Acabamos tendo que fazer várias viagens para o carro. Algumas coisas que eu realmente gosto que se destacaram para mim é que o banheiro tinha um chuveiro e uma banheira separados. O quarto não era enorme, mas era confortável o suficiente. Habitaciones muy agradables en una excelente ubicación en el corazón del centro histórico de Branson y cerca de las tiendas del área del centro antiguo, rodeadas de tiendas y restaurantes modernos, y accesibles a pie a muchas actividades y alojamientos. Incluso hubo un concierto gratuito en el paseo marítimo la noche que nos quedamos que disfrutamos mucho. The suite was decent, there was an issue with the jet tub, no hot water and the tub would not hold water. I called the front desk they sent up a set of engineers.The engineers explain this building is built poorly and i might get hot water in a hour or so, the 2 men replaced the drain stop and left. (only reason I paid $530 for 1 night was to enjoy jacuzzi tub with spouse) called management and they said they would send someone up with key cards for a new room they said its just a few doors down, waited up 2 hours and they never came to room. Was up till 12:30am waiting and they blew me off. This is the first time have ever used Hilton.I better stick with Marriott!

The hotel was great. Here is the warning tho- the parking garage is NOT secure or safe. There are no cameras and no security. My husband's tools were stolen out of his truck. The thieves took the entire tool box off his truck. So beware! Be sure to lock your valuables up and do not go in there alone at night (or any time, really) Branson was once one of the safest places to be. Not today. There is drugs and crime just like any city these days. Stay safe!

Very nice rooms in a great location in the heart of historic downtown Branson and near the old downtown area shops, surrounded by modern shops and restaurants, and walkable to many activities and accommodations. There was even a free concert on the waterfront the night we stayed that we really enjoyed. It’s also a full service hotel, so they’ll help you bring your baggage to your room or park your car with their valet service. The downside was that they wouldn’t allow us to pack the luggage cart to collect our things upon our departure. We let them help us when we arrived, but felt more comfortable packing our items before leaving. We ended up having to make multiple trips to the car. A couple things I really like that stood out to me is that the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. The room wasn’t huge, but it was comfortable enough. There was a mini fridge that was really tiny, but better than nothing. There was not a microwave or free breakfast, which was a real disappointment. Great fitness equipment, pool, hot tub, and lobby. I would return and I do recommend this hotel. The views from the rooms are fantastic!

Had an issue with their hotel across the street and got moved. They could care less. I am a Diamond member and had the most awful check in experience. Almost like “Anna” was annoyed that I was even there to check in. Valet was the only person to person experience that was good. Pool across the street had a kid walk up to snack bar to buy string cheese and the bartender said “get a parent, I’m not your babysitter, kid”… both properties need a total overhaul. They apparently cater to the local trash as was obvious by non hotel guests hanging at the pool. Total joke of hospitality. Room was clean though. That and valet was a plus. Never would I take a family here. Stay elsewhere. BEWARE.

Un buen lugar para quedarse. El garaje de estacionamiento no está conectado con el hotel, pero está a poca distancia a pie. Justo en el Landing, hay muchas tiendas, comidas y bebidas cerca. A good place to stay. Parking garage is not connected to the hotel but short walking distance. Right on the Landing, so plenty of close shopping, eats and drinks. Rooms are decent we had a King Junior room, great view of the landing, the river and fountains. Also there was a concert last night, Amazing!!

Ficamos lá por duas noites e nas duas manhãs ligamos e pedimos no quarto e ninguém nunca respondeu ou retornou nossa ligação. Acabamos indo para Wendy's. Não está bem. Eu realmente não me importo que foi o fim de semana do Memorial Day. Eles precisam de pessoal do hotel em conformidade e esperam muitas pessoas pedindo refeições no quarto. Muito exigente. O lado bom foram os motoristas com manobrista. Michael em particular foi ótimo. Ele nos ajuda todos os anos que nos hospedamos no centro de convenções Hilton. No geral foi um C+. I usually don't use "I am a Diamond member", but the service at this hotel was not very good. Service being the in room dining/room service amenity. We were there for two nights and both mornings we called and called for in room dining and no one ever answered or returned our call. We ended up going to Wendy's. No esta bien. I don't really care that it was memorial day weekend. They need to staff the hotel accordingly and expect lots of people calling for in room dining. Very discerning. The good side was the valet drivers. Michael in particular was great. He helps us every year we come to stay at the Hilton convention center. Overall was a C+. Stay at the convention center not the Promenade.

I appreciate the response from the hotel but it's a very canned response I paid almost $500 for this hotel per night. I literally checked in at 5:00 and couldn't take it and left there at 2:00 in the morning my back home.That's ho uncomfortable the beds were from probably overuse.The room smelled of chlorine from the pool perhaps maybe a refund of some type would be a better response but I'm not going to hold my breath..

No hay servicios en el edificio Sur y debe caminar afuera para obtener hielo o usar el gimnasio. Esto es realmente inaceptable. También es un paseo exterior y muy alejado del parking. There are no services in the South building and you need to walk outside to even get ice or use the exercise facility. This is really unacceptable. It is also a walk outside and very far from the parking. So there is no convenient access to your car you paid to park. There are no Hilton owned restaurants in this building so you are not able to use your food and drink credit. Our room was missing shampoo had very little soap, and the lotion appears to have been used. The public restrooms in this building need better maintenance. Overall a lack of forethought and consideration for this building. Edit: I revised the review because they've moved us to the north building. We were upgraded to a nicer room. Ice is in the room with a full kitchen. The balconies are nice. There is access to the exercise facility and parking is a much shorter walk outside. There is still no way to use your food and drink credit at this building. You need to walk or drive downtown to the convention center to do so. Overall I don't recommend paying for the breakfast package if you intend to stay here. The new room is very nice, but I would stay at the convention center if we return to the location. For these reasons I can't give this location four stars. Service from the staff has been excellent.

Loved the view from the corner balcony, watching over the landing. The fountain was not on which would have been nice but still it was good listening to music and the location was fantastic!Our room had issues...the fold out bed was disgusting with stains and ripped on both corners! There was no sheets or blanket for it fortunately we had brought a sleeping bag and blanket for our granddaughter. There was only 2 towels with 3 guest checking in and limited bathroom products. When paying $265 a night for an upscale hotel I expected much more.are room head issues

This is a very beautiful place to stay in Branson.You are right in the center of everything.The landing has all kinds of shopping.Bass pro is there. Lots of places to eat in walking distance.Candy shops of all kinds. Beautiful view of lake taneycomo.Our room had all the amenities.Kitchen fully equipped.Washer and dryer.Jet bath tub. With separate shower. 2 TV's.Balcony with table and chairs.Just a great place to stay.

E então a fonte estava em manutenção durante toda a minha estadia. Muito decepcionante .. Eu sei que Hilton não possui a fonte e deve passar por manutenção às vezes, mas deve comp quartos durante esses momentos quando você paga a etiqueta de preço por essa vista / show. It was great! Staff, room, & Christmas decorations were perfect. Only wish they didn't charge for guest parking $15/day and provided the breakfast credit of $19.99 per person instead of $12 to cover the cost of the buffet across the street. Will probably stay here again in the future.

Awesome Christmas trip. Corner room overlooked the huge 5 story singing Christmas Tree and dancing waters fountain. Corner room had a huge balcony and the hotel is extremely clean and modern. Excellent staff! Covered and safe parking.

First off, I was very disappointed to have paid full price a fountain view room.. Which i was specifically very excited about for my son.. And then the fountain was under maintenance during my entire stay. Very disappointing.. I know Hilton does not own the fountain and it must undergo maintenance at times, but should comp rooms during these times when you pay the price tag FOR that view/show. Also, the shower head felt like you were staying at a road side motel rather than the Hilton. Otherwise, a very pleasing stay! Nice facilities with plenty to do. You would never have to drive, if you did not want. Room and bathroom were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Each staff member that I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely return to the Hilton Promenade.
