Located right off of I-95, the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites was surprisingly nice. The front lobby was very clean and modern. The staff were professional and nice. The rooms were clean but a tad small for a family of four. Maybe there's a bigger suit or room. My wife is notoriously cheap so she got the cheapest room available. The management have me free drinks when I lost change in a vending machine. The breakfast was simple but hearty and included bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, milk, waffles, cereals, and juices. I can't say enough great things about this hotel.Too tired to keep driving I stopped and so glad I did...the lady who checked me in was so nice and friendly, my room was VERY clean.The bed was so comfortable! My check out time wasn't until 12:00 which was great! The breakfast buffet was great.Wonderful and safe location.Right off 95.I will definitely stay here again. I would give 10 stars if I could! The hotel itself is nice, updated decor but it's the cleanliness that got us. The bathroom was ok. There were spit out pistachios in the bedside drawer(even after telling them that night, when they brought new towels and we were out all the next day, they were still there!) and some unknown sticky substance on the handle. We did get a free breakfast voucher because of it but almost every other person had one too, so I'm sure this is a recurring issue (cleanliness). My husband said breakfast was good. The pool did have a lift, that was nice. The bar tender was sweet/attentive, she was the best part probably! O hotel em si é bom, decoração atualizada, mas é a limpeza que nos levou. O banheiro estava ok. Havia pistaches cuspidos na gaveta da cabeceira (mesmo depois de contar a eles naquela noite, quando eles trouxeram toalhas novas e estávamos todos fora no dia seguinte, eles ainda estavam lá!) e alguma substância pegajosa desconhecida na alça. Will not stay at this hotel again. First checking in, staff was very rude.Did not tell us about hidden fees at all. Surprised when we saw final bill.No included breakfast, restaurant very expensive.TV in room we couldn't watch, totally dark screen.Elevators smelled like mold.Checking out, we then told about discounts for restaurant.The tub was very slippery, needs to be updated. Não vou ficar neste hotel novamente. Primeiro check-in, a equipe foi muito rude. Não nos contou sobre taxas ocultas. Surpreso quando vimos a conta final. The first room we checked in to, smelled like cigarettes. The hotel was promptly able to provide another one within seconds.The beds were so comfy and the sheets were very soft to our liking. The room and bathroom were super clean. The dining experience was okay. we preordered food which took about an our and a half. There cook/ cashier was very confusing with our payment. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.We will definitely be back but will eat offsite from the hotel. O primeiro quarto nós xadrezes em, cheirado como cigarros. I found the staff to be very nice and helpful there was a driver that offer to take me anywhere I needed to go or to pick up food and drop it off for me. The hotel is clean the room was nice. hallways were clean with a cool air flow.ice machine was right next to our room , I didn't hear anything . they had a big breakfast selection it did cost but if you are Envoy it came with your stay. The atmosphere was very quiet and laid-back. I even went downstairs and worked on some papers at their big table. Eu achei a equipe a ser muito agradável e útil houve um condutor que oferecem para me levar a qualquer lugar que eu precisava ir ou para pegar comida e deixá-lo para mim. O hotel é limpo o quarto era bom. Corredores foram limpos com um fluxo de ar fresco. máquina de gelo foi à direita ao lado do nosso quarto, eu não ouvi nada. eles tinham uma grande selecção de pequeno-almoço custou mas se você é enviado veio com a sua estadia. First, this is now a Best Western Premier, not a Holiday Inn. Jamie at the front desk was wonderful! We called from the road which we had been on for 10+ hours and made booking two rooms so easy. She got everything right and was super friendly. The breakfast they served was wonderful and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Everything was so nicely renovated, clean and new! Other than the fact that the key cards had to be recoded several times it was a nice experience. Very clean rooms priced fairly compared to surrounding hotels at this time of year and on a weekend. Indoor pool clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good everything was warm tables were clean the staff serving was outstanding Had a water leak in my room around the fire sprinkler last visit. Got same room this time and leak appears to have stopped. But the patch job is a little sketchy. May need to get it redone, makes room look rough. My husband and I have been to this Best Western a few years ago and it was wonderful.However, we stayed there again on October 31st, 2022 and it was absolutely horrid.Our room looked clean, but it was not.The blanket had some kind of stain on it and the way they make the bed, the clean sheet was wrapped on top of this dirty blanket.The bathroom had some kind of powdery substance in the corner of the floor and outside the tub.I DO NOT like the vessel sink either.The next morning we went down for breakfast and there was nobody there except a few guests.The front desk person was not there either.There wasn't any eggs, or other hot food except for the make-it-yourself waffles.No bagels or bread, just a few of the tiny muffins.We will NEVER come back here again unless the franchise owner does some serious updates.I've got a mind to call Anthony from "Hotels Impossible".He'd rip the owner to shreds for sure. The hotel was absolutely horrible. We stayed arrived right around midnight. By 7:30 the next morning, the power was out. We were on a road trip, and there were only 2 reasons we booked a hotel: to sleep and to shower. Now, no one in my family could shower. The front desk staff was horrid. They did not care one bit. In fact, they told me it was not their fault the power was out. That was super helpful. Indeed, it was also NOT my fault. I expected a partial refund; instead, I was told it was not their problem. I called later to speak with someone and left my name and number; no one returned my call.I never leave reviews, and I am someone who gives the benefit of the doubt. But Best Western of Pooler, you said this wasn't your problem. Well, this review is now your problem. O hotel era absolutamente horrível. Ficamos chegou por volta da meia-noite. Nice quartos e camas eram confortáveis. A comida lá era muito alta com seleção limitada. Eles tinham algum café-da-manhã gratuito como pãezinhos de canela, biscoito e calda, cereais. Piscina não estava fria e realmente me senti bem as crianças gostaram. O sofá-cama nunca foi usado e definitivamente não era confortável. A equipe foi agradável e amigável. Permaneceu por 4 dias.

Very nice! Had a great room (King bed); clean and comfortable! All employees we came across were friendly especially Wanda at front desk and Nancy in the lounge! They have an EV Charger with 2 plugs which was extremely convenient for overnight charging. Will be back! Muito agradável! teve um grande quarto (cama king size); limpo e confortável! Well unfortunately my review is quite mixed because while the hotel did provide great “human” customer service including event accommodations, I was met by “critter” staff in my bathroom each day. Not only my room but my other friends’ guest rooms as well. One of my friends checked out immediately due to this issue. No point of renovating a hotel that serves an All-Star Southern breakfast with quality staff just to have to kill Bugs & Beyond in your guest room. Unacceptable. We won’t be back. O que posso dizer? This place is old and ratty. The bedding is old. The facility is old. The AC isn't working properly, so it isn't cool in the room. The carpet in the lobby is old and worn. For the process this is a horrible place! How is the heck do they stay in business???

La habitación estaba bien de tamaño. Las camas bien hechas aunque las sábanas no estaban todo lo limpias que deberian. El desayuno escaso y poca variedad, puede que por el Covid 19 tubieran menos variedad, no lo se. Respetaba las normas y todo estaba envuelto de forma individual.

The hotel is starting to show it's age. Little things like thread bare towels, dated fixtures, a lack of power outlets. Things I have come to expect in a newer hotel. The staff is great, always a smile and a happy good morning for everyone. The one place that has fallen beyond all others is the selection on the dinner menu. When this place first opened it had a great selection, and top of the line cooks. Now it is just one step above getting a quick snack at a gas station. They don't even have a selection of desert's. I hate to say it, but this will be my last stay.

The management have me free drinks when I lost change in a vending machine. The breakfast was simple but hearty and included bacon, eggs, biscuits & gravy, milk, waffles, cereals, and juices. Not bad at all.

If you want a clean,friendly hotel with good food and a pleasant stay, this is it. However,if you want to stay where you are treated like family,sleep with such comfort you don't want to get up...

Online prices half as much as the lady quoted me at the desk. The hotel is nice friendly staff, indoor pool. Nice restaurant at the hotel where we can split a meal. There's a shuttle to the airport...
