Staff is very friendly, hotel is a bit dated but nothing too drastic. Breakfast is pretty good, but could use a bit more variety. The biggest issue is the parking situation. Be aware that if you bring a vehicle your only option is to have it valet parked at the rate of $40/ night. While the valets do a fine job, this is more expensive than many resorts that I have seen. Self parking for $20/night would be much more reasonable.

My party arrived extremely early and we were prepared to check our bags and go out for breakfast / brunch. The front desk team was helpful with checking our bags and got us on. The room was modern and featured a small kitchenette and several sitting areas. Moreover, there was plenty of plugs to charge all devices modern life requires. My only drawback with the room was the height of the shower stall which require both my companion and I to stoop to get in and out of the shower. While we didn’t drive the hotel features valet service and a hot breakfast every morning. The property is conveniently located in the Vanderbilt community within walking distance of nearby bars and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel is a short Uber drive from downtown and major attractions. Overall, the hotel gets 4-stars for its friendly customer service, basic but modern room with plenty of plugs, and convenient location. The drawback is the shower and toilet. Why was the stall entrance so short? Why was the toilet so low?

Stayed here on a business trip in October. Great location away from all the madness of Broadway downtown. This is my favorite area to stay in when in Nashville, still an easy walk to many places, and they have a shuttle to take you downtown too. Right across the street from the Patterson House which is also a favorite little speakeasy with amazing drinks and atmosphere. The room here was very clean and spacious, loved having a larger fridge and some counter space too. If anything negative, the free breakfast isn't all that great, but what do you expect for free....Will stay again for sure!

We traveled to Nashville for our neices wedding and we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very clean and spacious! I love the fact that there is a real kitchen with real dishes & silverware! And they also serve a nice variety of items for breakfast, which is included! Just a short walk to some great restaurants and Music Row! Within walking distance to the infamous Broadway St. But none of the noise once we were in our room! Although there is no pool there, there is a nice workout rm and with so much going on outside we definitely stayed busy exploring Nashville!!

I'm so torn by this hotel. The staff is really nice, competent, and legitimately happy to talk to you. The location is great. The hotel itself is older but very clean and well taken care of. Parking is pretty ridiculous at $36/night (LA is cheaper). The beds are by far the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. Seriously, I spent a decade in the military and had field cots that were nicer. If I'm going to spend $300+ a night, I might as well stay at a different hotel where I can actually sleep well.
