Room wasn't ready till 7pm. Had to wait 45 mins when we arrived. Front desk took over 5 mins to greet us. House keeping is walking around in just socks. And they like to scoll on their phones. We waited in the hall way while they finished. One lady was scrolling and didn't have the greatest attitude. Fun stuff when all you want to do is take a shower after sweating all day.

O serviço de recepção foi ótimo e amigável. Os quartos eram limpos em sua maior parte. Os sofás são velhos e cor de aveia branca e tinham manchas. Não agrada aos olhos. O café da manhã era lamentável. Foi um dos piores café da manhã continental que já vi. Tivemos que ir tomar café da manhã em outro lugar. No entanto, a fogueira fora com luzes penduradas foram um toque agradável. A piscina tinha algas verdes. Por isso, não pudemos usar a piscina durante a nossa estadia. No entanto, quando estávamos verificando, notei que eles estavam trabalhando nisso. Apenas odeio que não estava limpo para meus filhos nesta estadia. No geral, não foi uma experiência horrível, apenas algumas coisas que não atenderam às nossas necessidades.

El servicio de recepción fue excelente y amable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias en su mayor parte. Los sofás son viejos y de un color blanco avena y tenían manchas. No es agradable a la vista. El desayuno fue lamentable. Fue uno de los peores desayunos continentales que he visto. Tuvimos que ir a desayunar a otro lado. Sin embargo, el pozo de fuego afuera con luces colgantes fue un buen toque. La piscina tenía algas verdes. Así que no pudimos usar la piscina durante nuestra estancia. Sin embargo, cuando nos marchamos noté que estaban trabajando en eso. Solo odio que no estuviera limpio para mis hijos en esta estadía. En general, no fue una experiencia horrible, solo algunas cosas que no satisficieron nuestras necesidades.

The front desk service was great and friendly. Rooms were clean for the most part. The couches are old and a white oatmeal color and had stains on them. Not to pleasing to the eyes. Breakfast was pitiful. Was one of the worst continental breakfast I’ve seen. We had to go get breakfast from somewhere else. However, the fire pit outside with hanging lights were a nice touch. The pool had green algae. So we weren’t able to use the pool at all during our stay. However, when we were checking out I noticed they were working on that. Just hate it wasn’t clean for my kids on this stay. Overall not a horrible experience just a few things that didn’t meet our needs.

Este lugar está sujo. O sofá estava literalmente rasgado no quarto. A cadeira do quarto também estava manchada e suja. A porta do nosso quarto estava suja. Carro quebrado na frente bloqueando vagas de estacionamento. Parece bom online, ruim pessoalmente. Meu conselho, não desperdice seu dinheiro, fique em outro lugar.

Amei o quarto. Tínhamos ficado em uma suíte na noite anterior, e não tinha copos, xícaras ou talheres. As cortinas estavam quebradas e a cafeteira não funcionava. Sem café de cortesia ou café da manhã. Paguei quase 300 por aquele quarto. Este foi muito melhor, e por isso foi o serviço ao cliente.

Me encanta la habitación. Nos habíamos alojado en una suite la noche anterior y no había vasos, tazas ni cubiertos. Las persianas estaban rotas y la cafetera no funcionaba. No hay café ni desayuno de cortesía. Pagué casi 300 por esa habitación. Este era mucho mejor, al igual que el servicio al cliente.

Me alojé una noche. Vestíbulo limpio y actualizado, registrado en línea, por lo que no es necesario detenerse en la recepción. Cerca de tiendas y comida. La habitación King era adecuada y espaciosa. Ducha caliente buena presión de agua. Cable Direct TV. Me quedaría de nuevo.

Este lugar está sucio. El sofá estaba literalmente destrozado en la habitación. La silla en la habitación también estaba manchada y sucia. La puerta de nuestra habitación estaba sucia. Coche averiado enfrente bloqueando plazas de aparcamiento. Se ve bien en línea, mal en persona. Mi consejo, no malgastes tu dinero, alójate en otro lugar.

Stayed one night. Cleanand updated lobby, checked in online so no need to stop at front desk. Close to shopping and food. King Room was adequte and spacious. Hot shower good water pressure. DirectTV cable. I would stay again.

This place is dirty. The sofa was literally torn up in the room. The chair in the room was also stained and filthy. The door to our room was filthy. Broke down car out front blocking parking spaces. Looks nice online, bad in person. My advice, don't waste ur money, stay somewhere else.

Love the room. We had stayed in a suite the night before, and it didn't have any glasses, cups, or silverware. Blinds were broke, and coffee pot didn't work. No complimentary coffee, or breakfast. Paid almost 300 for that room. This one was much nicer, and so was the customer service.

Este é suposto ser um hotel ecológico e as unidades de ar condicionado em CADA QUARTO funcionam 100% do tempo e não podem ser desligadas, a menos que uma pessoa de manutenção entre e desligue. Eles também precisarão voltar para ligar o ar condicionado novamente. Tivemos uma infestação de joaninhas em nosso quarto e nos disseram que isso é normal e eles vieram e aspiraram. A área do café da manhã estava super bagunçada e não era limpa ou arrumada com frequência. As paredes são super finas e você pode ouvir as pessoas andando acima de você e no corredor. Teto rangia com cada movimento feito pelas pessoas acima de nós. Talvez tenha 9 horas de sono total nas 2 noites de estadia. Espero mais de um estabelecimento Hilton.

Se supone que este es un hotel ecológico y las unidades de aire acondicionado en CADA HABITACIÓN ÚNICA funcionan el 100 % del tiempo y no se pueden apagar a menos que entre una persona de mantenimiento y las apague. También tendrán que volver a entrar para volver a encender la unidad de aire acondicionado. Tuvimos una INFESTACIÓN de mariquitas en nuestra habitación y nos dijeron que esto es normal y vinieron y aspiraron. El área del desayuno estaba súper desordenada y no se limpiaba ni arreglaba a menudo. Las paredes son muy delgadas y puedes escuchar a las personas caminando por encima de ti y por el pasillo. El techo crujía con cada movimiento realizado por las personas que estaban arriba de nosotros. Tal vez dormí 9 horas en total en las 2 noches de estadía. Espero más de una propiedad de Hilton.

This is supposed to be an eco friendly hotel and the air conditioning units in EVERY SINGLE ROOM run 100% of the time and can not be shut off unless a maintenance person comes in and shuts it off. They will also need to come back in to turn the air conditioning unit back on as well. We had a ladybug INFESTATION in our room and we were told this is normal and they came and vacuumed. The breakfast area was super messy and not cleaned or tidied often. The walls are super thin and you can hear people walking above you and down the hall. Ceiling creaked with every move made by the people above us. Maybe got 9 hours of sleep total in the 2 nights stayed. I expect more out of a Hilton property.

Este hotel era bom, mas dos vários Home2Suites em que ficamos durante uma viagem no Natal de 2021, eu classificaria o mais baixo. Está começando a mostrar sua idade - a porta do banheiro estava meio suja, o sofá e a cadeira do escritório não eram muito limpos. Encontramos insetos de senhora e um inseto palmito no quarto. Concordo com a pessoa que comentou sobre a espessura das paredes - podíamos ouvir o cachorro da porta ao lado, os pássaros do lado de fora, etc.As pessoas da recepção foram amigáveis, o café da manhã era decente e a área era conveniente para restaurantes e lojas, mas os Home2Suites em que ficamos em Decatur AL e Toledo OH eram mais limpos e mais agradáveis.

Este hotel estaba bien, pero de las varias Home2Suites en las que nos alojamos durante un viaje durante la Navidad de 2021, lo clasificaría como el más bajo. Está empezando a mostrar su edad: la puerta del baño estaba un poco sucia, el sofá y la silla de oficina no eran los más limpios. Encontramos mariquitas y un bicho palmetto en la habitación. Estoy de acuerdo con la persona que comentó sobre la delgadez de las paredes: podíamos escuchar al perro de al lado, los pájaros afuera, etc.La gente de la recepción era amable, el desayuno era decente y el área era conveniente para restaurantes y tiendas, pero las Home2Suites en las que nos alojamos en Decatur AL y Toledo OH estaban más limpias y eran más agradables.

This hotel was ok, but out of the several Home2Suites we stayed in during a trip over Xmas 2021, I would rank it the lowest. It is starting to show its age—the bathroom door was kind of grimy, the sofa and office chair not the cleanest. We found lady bugs and a palmetto bug in the room. I agree with the person who commented about the thinness of the walls— we could hear the dog next door, the birds outside, etc.The people at the front desk were friendly, breakfast was decent, and the area was convenient for restaurants and shopping, but the Home2Suites we stayed in in Decatur AL and Toledo OH were both cleaner and nicer.

Uma das minhas coisas favoritas no Home 2 Suites é a fogueira externa. Ótimo ter um café da manhã e um tempo de silêncio. Os quartos são limpos e a equipe é sempre simpática. O café está pronto cedo e uma boa variedade de alimentos para o café da manhã.

Una de mis cosas favoritas en el Home 2 Suites es el pozo de fuego exterior. Genial para tomar un café por la mañana y pasar un rato tranquilo. Las habitaciones están limpias y el personal siempre es amable. El café está listo temprano y una buena variedad de alimentos para el desayuno.

One of my favorite things at the Home 2 Suitesis the outside fire pit. Great to have morning coffee and quiet time. Rooms are clean and staff is always friendly. Coffee is ready early and good variety of breakfast foods.

Este lugar tem potencial para ser um hotel muito melhor. O nosso quarto era espaçoso e muito limpo, exceto o sofá era uma cor bronzeada claro e muito manchado. As camas eram confortáveis. O corredor do nosso andar estava super frio - como entrar em um refrigerador. As opções de pequeno-almoço não eram tantas como temos experimentado em outros hotéis, mas não terrível. Minha maior reclamação é o quão sujo o lobby e os elevadores eram. Bebidas pegajosas derramadas no chão do saguão e as paredes do elevador estavam manchadas e pareciam nojentas.

Este lugar tiene potencial para ser un hotel mucho mejor. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y estaba bastante limpia, excepto que el sofá era de un color bronceado claro y estaba muy manchado. Las camas eran cómodas. El pasillo de nuestro piso estaba muy frío, como entrar en una hielera. Las opciones de desayuno no eran tantas como las que hemos experimentado en otros hoteles, pero no es terrible. Mi mayor queja es lo sucios que estaban el vestíbulo y los ascensores. Bebidas pegajosas derramadas en el piso del vestíbulo y las paredes del ascensor estaban manchadas y parecían asquerosas.

This place has potential to be a much nicer hotel.Our room was spacious and pretty clean except the sofa was a light tan color and very stained. The beds were comfortable. The hallway of our floor was super cold--like walking into a cooler.The breakfast options were not as many as we have experienced at other hotels but not terrible.My biggest complaint is how dirty the lobby and elevators were.Sticky spilled drinks on the lobby floor and the elevator walls were smeared and gross looking.
