Nice hotel with refrigerator, sink and microwave. Really wish they had a stove.

Hotel was clean and room was spacious. However, my husband slipped in the shower due to their being no non-skid application on the floor of the tub and his knee went through the shower wall. Notified the staff and when they came to assess the damage to the wall, a manager rudely told us how expensive the repair was going to be. Could have been a more expensive situation for them had any serious injuries occurred other than a cut open knee. We’re were told all the other rooms has non skid on the tub floors but didn’t know why ours didn’t. We were never offered any kind of apology for a 300 dollar 2 night stay or a discount. That same morning we were carrying our toddler in tow and she was upset and we were trying to calm her down to get outside. Another lady at the counter thought it was appropriate to yell at my husband that he needed to keep his kid quiet and calm her down. Really? Like we weren’t trying to do just that. Poor customer service and rude staff.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The customer service was excellent. The young man at the front desk was accommodating and informative. The decor is chic and contemporary. The beds weren't as comfortable as I expected, since everything else was great, but overall it was a great experience. I will definately be back.

The hotel was well kept, clean and modern. Someone available at all hours. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was spacious even with 2 adults, a 12 year old, 10 year old, 7 year old and 4 year old. Dishes, colander, fridge and microwave. Fridge was not cold when we arrived, but ultimately got colder after we fiddled with the controls. The bed was amazingly comfortable!!!!! Never felt my wife move the whole night. The loss of a star is because the pool was not in service (they empty it for the winter), when I booked the room months back, that was not mentioned anywhere and when you are trying to entertain 4 kids a pool is very helpful. Breakfast was really good!!! Scrambled eggs with a cheese and salsa bar, Turkey sausage patties, English muffins, bagels, yogurts, waffle machine with a LOT of topping options. Things were refilled in a very timely manner.

Great hotel. Stopped here on the way down and back from Florida as it is about the halfway mark. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice although I booked a room with a bathtub but got one with a shower. Large TVs in the room. Bigger than most other hotels. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good. They allow you to use either side of the hotel for breakfast since they are connected to a Tru by Hilton hotel. Lots of good options. We would definitely stay here again next trip.
