“It was very terrible, the rooms was dirty, had to change and make our own beds upon checking in after entering our rooms. The bathroom was dirty and had hair in the shower and around the tolet. Slept with no comforters for two of the four days my grandchildren was miserable at night . Made a complaint the first day within 10 minutes of arrival and entering the room and till we checkout we still wasn’t able to talk to a manager not did they try to reach out and talk to us about our issues we was having. We felt as if they was avoiding us instead of offering up a apology or to help correct out on the spot.”

“I travel almost every week. Almost every week, I stay at a Hilton property somewhere on this planet. Hilton has gone cheap. They have cut out all of the amenities that a business traveler like me had come to rely on to stay comfortable while we literally live on their properties. They blame the pandemic, but that is BS. This particular property is the exception. The pool was open. The fitness center was open. The breakfast was open and fully stocked. The hotel was clean, and well appointed. This has become a rarity on Hilton properties. The local owner on this particular property apparently gets it. Thank you local Hilton franchise owner for your efforts. This is my second time at this property, and it is one of the better ones. … 😎”
