O tamanho do quarto foi o ponto de venda para mim. Infelizmente, o ar condicionado no quarto abaixo do nosso tinha um vazamento e acontece que estava localizado no nosso quarto (explica a poça em um dos quartos) a equipe achou que era uma boa ideia bater na porta esperando do lado de fora da porta por um muito tempo batendo às 22h da noite. Isso assustou meus filhos e fez meus cães enlouquecerem. Também havia um grande grupo que decidiu dar uma festa na piscina e ficou muito desapontado por terem me afastado e meus filhos. Tivemos que esperar até que eles saíssem da área da piscina e, honestamente, isso é demais enquanto tentávamos estar de férias. O café-da-manhã gratuito foi outro ponto de venda para mim, mas foi sem graça e não há realmente opções divertidas para meus filhos. As opções eram como Ovos Bacon(sem opções gratuitas de carne de porco) Aveia, flocos fosco etc. Felizmente, existem quitinetes no quarto e posso cozinhar para meus filhos, o que não foi um problema para nós.

Lugar maravilhoso! O quarto era grande o suficiente para toda a família, o café da manhã era delicioso e a equipe foi muito acolhedora. Passeio rápido para ver os monumentos e visitar os museus. Muita comida e restaurantes na área. Alvo por perto!

Quarto limpo. Tivemos uma pequena suíte e havia muito espaço. AC funciona bem e graças a Deus porque estava perto de 100 no dia em que ficamos. O café da manhã foi bom e todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e se esforçaram para dizer bom dia ou olá. Obrigada.

The size of the room was the selling point for me.Unfortunately the AC in the room below ours had a leak and turns out it was located in our room (explains the puddle in one of the rooms) the staff thought it was a good idea to come knocking at the door waiting outside the door for a long time knocking at 10pm at night.This scared my kids and made my dogs go crazy. Also there was a big group who decided to throw a pool party and was very disappointed that they turned me and my kids away. We had to wait until they left the pool area and honestly that's just too much while trying to be on vacation.The free breakfast was another selling point for me but it was bland and not really any fun options for my kids. The options were like Eggs Bacon(no pork free options) Oatmeal, frosted flakes etc. Luckily there are kitchenettes in the room and I'm able to cook for my kids so that was a non issue for us.

Old fashion fridge with a ice maker inside the freezer is loud whole night long, each badge was able to make 8 pieces of ice only. Can’t sleep because of the noise. Breakfast hot food is good, but the juice is water down.

Clean room. We had a small suite and there was plenty of room. AC works good and thank God it did because it was close to 100 the day we stayed. Breakfast in the morning was good and all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to say Good Morning or Hello. Thank you.

Wonderful place! The room was large enough for the entire family, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. Quick drive to see the monuments and visit the museums. Lots of food and restaurants in the area. Target near by!

Os quartos eram muito confortáveis, espaçosos e limpos. Café da manhã quente era muito bom. E está em uma ótima localização para visitar Washington, DC com nossos filhos. A equipe da recepção foi muito útil quando pedimos recomendações na área.

Rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Hot breakfast was very good. And it is in a great location for visiting Washington, DC with our kids. Front desk staff was very helpful when we asked for recommendations in the area.

As pessoas na recepção foram os trabalhadores mais agradáveis do hotel que já conhecemos! Um deles até começou uma conversa conosco. Uma coisa que eu teria gostado mais seria ter os sinais no lobby dizer às pessoas que havia uma piscina no primeiro andar! Fiquei empolgado ao saber que havia uma piscina quando chegamos lá, mas nunca descobri até a manhã em que estávamos saindo. A comida era ok, mas se a sua salsicha serve, então eu quero salsicha não óleo. A TV em nosso quarto (ao contrário do último hotel que fui) realmente nos permitiu jogar no nosso Switch. A vista dos quartos também é ótima. Acima de tudo foi uma ótima experiência. A localização do hotel é perfeita para quem quer ir para DC, mas não quer acordar com uma infinidade de buzinas,

The people at the front desk were the nicest hotel workers we ever met! One of them even started a conversation with us. One thing I would have liked better would be to have the signs in the lobby tell people that there was a pool on the first floor! I was pumped about hearing that there was a pool when we got there but I never found out until the morning we were leaving. The food was ok but if your serving sausage then I want sausage not oil. The TV in our room (unlike the last hotel I went to) actually allowed us to play on our Switch. The view from the rooms are also great. Above all it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to go to DC but doesn't want to wake-up to a myriad of horns honking,

Deixe-me contar os caminhos. Confie em mim, eu não sou o tipo crítico de cara. 1) Coisas básicas aqui o cofre não funciona. 2) Muito cabelo humano no chão do banheiro. 3) O ventilador de teto estava sujo. 4) A pia demorou a drenar. Etc., reservei este lugar por 4 noites. Isso é loucura, procurar um lugar melhor enquanto digito. Vou falar com a gestão antes de sair. Vai me custar sair desse lixão, desculpe barraco sim que é mais preciso. Espero que o controle de qualidade melhore algum dia. Fiquei trancado fora da sala por cerca de 45 minutos uma manhã, o sistema de chave eletrônica da porta falhou. Foi-me dito que eu tinha que esperar até que o homem de manutenção chegasse. LOL. O sistema de computador do centro de escritório não funcionou durante toda a estadia em que estive lá. Já chega, acho que sou o único que essas coisas acontecem também. Eles receberam ótimas críticas.

Let me count the ways. Trust me I am not the critical kind of guy. 1) Basic stuff here the safe does not work. 2) Human hair on the bathroom floor a lot of it. 3) The ceiling fan was dirty. 4) The sink was slow to drain. Etc., I booked this place for 4 nights. This is crazy, looking for a better place as I type. I will talk with management before leaving. It will cost me to leave this dump, sorry shack yes that is more accurate. I hope the quality control will improve someday I was locked out of the room for about 45 minutes one morning the electronic door key system failed. I was told I had to wait until the maintenance man came in. LOL. The office center computer system did not work the entire stay I was there. Enough already, I guess I am the only one these things happen too. They got a lot of great reviews.
