“I'll preface this review by saying that the staff members were incredibly nice and hospitable. The breakfast was awesome and the location of the hotel is great. There was an issue with the hallways during our stay. The lobby and rooms were climate controlled, but there was minimal to zero airflow in the hallways. They were muggy and hot. Incredibly uncomfortable experience that did not change over the 4 days we were here. Also, while this experience was unique to my room from our group of 5 rooms, my electronic deadbolt wouldn't engage. I could lock the door at night from the inside, but once I left the room, I had no way to secure my room and anyone from the hallway could have easily accessed my items by simply opening the door. I brought this need to the attend of the hotel maintenance team and the GM, but it was not resolved over my 4 day stay. We were also never offered the opportunity to change rooms and only received updates on the repair's progress if we asked the front desk. We really love this hotel, but this most recent stay left much more to be desired for $170/night.”
