“The hotel was dingy inside and out, I didn’t even get a chance to see the room because I was dissatisfied with the appearance of the hotel but the receptionist was kind enough to cancel my reservation in order to get a refund through the hotel app I booked through. So I commend the exceptional staff and customer service as the first thing you encounter when walking in.”

“I travel 70%for work and stay exclusively at Hilton properties. This location seems really nice and I enjoyed the first few nights. The staff is really nice. But, the location experiences a lot of crime/ vandalism on the weekends. My truck was broken into and the front desk tells me that it happens nearly every night. So disappointing. They have security that comes by for 10 minutes every 2-3 hours. The security guy stopped by and said the police might not respond. It took almost 2 hours for the police to show up. Basically, save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.”
