“The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The lobby and pool area were also clean and well maintained. The Hilton employees were very friendly and helpful. I have only stayed at Hilton properties for the few times that I have traveled during the pandemic because I was confident that the rooms would be cleaned and sanitized well.”

“The rooms were decent size. They really need to work on their room service. We stayed 3 nights here and NOT ONCE did they clean our rooms. We asked the front desk why no one was coming in to clean and they told us in order for someone to constantly clean the rooms we needed to stay 4 nights and up. They said to just leave the towels and trash outside our door and they would come pick it up. AND we were still charged cleaning service for our stay here at homewoods. Which is absurd because in every other place we have stayed they cleaned our rooms everyday and it was cheaper than here. On check out day we were packing up to leave because our checkout was not until 12pm, the cleaning lady came into our room at 10 am to ask if we were leaving today by 12pm.... not once did they show up to our room but they decide to show up on check out to kick us out. We kept running out of towels, trash bags and toilet paper and there was no one to come bring it to us so we had to go get it. They only leave you 1 roll of toilet paper. When we needed more we called the front desk and no one was answering so we decided to just go down there.When we got there I cant remember if it was Javier or Dylan at the desk but whoever was there was flirting with some girls and I asked him if he could give us some toilet paper and he said to wait 15 minutes. As we were waiting the phone kept ringing and he was laughing with the girls completely ignoring the phone ringing. We got up angry and went to the public bathroom and took some toilet paper from there to our rooms. The cleaning service was horrible. I am not coming back, I would suggest you guys go somewhere else unless you dont mind using napkins.”
