The hotel is close enough to shopping and interstates without the bustle of traffic. Our room was clean and well stocked, but had a few maintenance issues--slowing draining sink in bathroom area,loose flooring in kitchen area. Fitness center had decent equipment,even a Peleton bike.. did not have cleaning wipes. Since this was a one night stay, I reported these issues upon my departure. The manager, Ms Kichta promptly returned my call and assured me that the items I reported would be addressed. She was very attentive and transparent. Hotel staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Emily, Lucas and Stacy. Breakfast was good. All in all, definitely not a deal breaker...I would stay at this property again.

This hotel has the most amazing & friendly staff I have encountered at any hotel I’ve stayed at. However, this hotel feels dirty. Especially the rooms. Our room felt moist (even the furniture felt wet) and the carpet was sticky. Of course I had my 2 year old with me who was all over the floors and they were filthy. The shower head looked like it was ready to fall off and the water pressure in the hotel was very poor. I believe a deep cleaning of the rooms and some necessary upgrades would go a really long way. Oh, and I forgot to add- what the heck is wrong with the elevator?! Every time it goes past the 3rd floor it felt like it was going to drop with everyone inside. It was honestly my mistake not reading the reviews because it was a Hilton hotel, but NEVER again. This place truly has the potential to be nice, but needs many upgrades, sound proofing, and some deep cleaning.

The water from the kitchen sink had a funny smell coming from it. Really bad smell. The area above the fan was filthy! Little dust bunnies would fly down periodically. The rest of the stay was satisfactory. Breakfast was satisfactory as well.

The room was nice and clean, front desk was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was my room location which was next to employee entrance and laundry room and break room so you could hear the outside door open and close through out the day, you could also hear employee conversations because of the proximity. Also people leave their towels and garbage across the hall from our room due to proximity to employee work rooms.

My family and I stayed here last weekend. Our first room was a huge disappointment. Mildew in the air and the bedding had a “wet” feel to it. My wife went to the front desk and let them know what was going on. Since we didn’t arrive until late in the evening there was nothing they could do for us. The person at the desk took really good notes so that the person replacing him in the morning would know exactly what was going on. The next morning came and they had us ready to move rooms once it was cleaned which was around 11am. The staff earned these 4 stars because they really took care of us. @Hilton you have a great team at this hotel. An update/remodel is needed to help these folks out. For the rest of our weekend I saw people really putting in work to make other guests comfortable. I still can’t get the image of one of your staff on her knees scrubbing a small spot on the floor of a room. Like others have said in reviews the staff at this hotel is awesome. They just need help with the building/furniture being in better shape.
