“We stayed here for a week last week. The staff was the best no matter what we asked for. Rooms were kept spotless and the breakfast was always good. The parking to the lobby was very inviting and we hope to go back again. I Don't think I can think of one negative not one.”

“Had a great stay, until I looked at my credit card bill and saw that they had charged me $430 and $90 on top of my payment for the room 8 months earlier, and the $48 credit card hold. I contacted Hyatt and they said the $430 and $90 were authorization holds. I have never seen hotel holds this large, and was shocked that they did not even mention these holds at check-in. Others in the same wedding block did not have these charges on their cards, so it seems like anyone could be hit with a surprise charge of over $500 with no real reasoning behind it. If you stay here, be sure to check your card statement after staying and be vigilant about following up with Hyatt about mistaken & unexpected charges!”
