“I well give this place a four-star instead of a five star only because there was no microwave in the room, they didn't have no bottled water or complimentary water. I did appreciate the attendant going out her way to get me a cup of water at 3ish in the morning, which I appreciated. The hallway was hot and stuffy at times, the printer wasn't working, if you needed to use a computer. No vending machine option in case you needed to choose to use that and the ice machine on the third floor was not working but thankfully the one on the fifth floor was working.”

“This location is in need of some serious attention. From a flooded toilet, to filthy carpet, to a broken AC and heating unit, to spiders dangling in corners of the restroom, the place was a disaster. I wish I was making up even part of this. Even after they switched our rooms, that was when the last two items listed occurred. The manager on duty was no where near knowledgeable of what to do or how to handle the issue. We contacted Customer Service that evening and the first manager we spoke to was not the least bit concerned with what happened to us. I guess she was thinking it was unbelievable and maybe she was tired of work. She hung up on us at some point, then another guy contacted us and finally created a case. It took nearly two weeks for us to be contacted back at this point, which when we were initially told it would only take a few days. This was my husband’s birthday weekend, it was extremely late, and we traveled with company. I guess Management thought returning points was somehow justified. I’m certainly glad that at least I know a thing or two about the business world and about customer satisfaction. P.S. I’ll try to add photos we took”
