“This is my go-to hotel in the SE Bay area. The location is super convenient, and it’s generally well equipped. The service crew has been steadily getting better, but is not up to Hyatt standards. The breakfast is always the same, and does not have many options. Predictably is good when you’re just trying to get your day started, but a few options that showed consciousness of different nutritional needs would be a big step up.”
